“Masterpiece by numbers has an excellent quality product with customer service to match. The canvases arrive rolled not folded which makes them much easier to paint on. Paints are good but if one arrives dry which I had one with lid open the my contact Nancy was quick to help me get a new one. I have done six so far and loved them all and so do the friends I have sent them too”

“Masterpiece paint by numbers is a great company. They have great customer service and the delivery process is so quick I receive my product with no damage and in great time and they keep me updated on the status. I will continue to by all my paint by number kits from them.”

“I would really like to see more floral and landscaping paintings. I do not particularly like all the wild animals and freaky looking paintings that have recently come out; thus the reason I have not ordered anything recently. Other than that I enjoyed the paintings that I did order. Thanks you.”

“some are better than others when reading the numbers. Some of the paints don't cover the numbers and lines...I have to give up to three coats of paint. The brushes are not that good.”

“Their great. I love the idea and it’s very relaxing. However, the paint is iffy, as sometimes it arrives already dried out. The brushes that come with the painting are pretty awful. Sometimes the numbers overlap two/a few areas, so it’s difficult to read.”

“The only reason I did not rate "Very Good" is because on two separate paintings I have run out of paint, both were background colors. I was told that a computer calculates the correct amount of paint, but I am suspect it is not quite accurate. Other than that your paintings are great and the paints wonderful. I would like some flower pictures in the future. Thanks”

“I am reviewing the Frontier Train kit. Overall I loved this kit. This is my first time with one of your kits and I am thoroughly impressed. This painting was extremely enjoyable to paint. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is I did not have enough of one of the colors (number 8) and a couple of colors were too thick and I had to thin them. I love your canvas and that you never fold them. That makes a huge difference in avoiding fold lines and creases. Your canvas is high quality also. I have 4 more to do that I have already purchased and am looking forward to them.”

“Very good really, if I had any critisism it would be that sometimes you can not read or find the numbers, paint is occasionally solid, and any custom made pictures are not straight forward, make sure it is a very light photo, totally disappointed with mine and have left it unfinished as it is very dark and even tho I contacted by email as I could not find a number on a part of it , the reply was of no use to me at all, so put me off ordering another one. I have completed well over ten pictures and generally very good, although the law of averages means you will always come across a problem of some sort at some time.”

“I've found many errors on your "Desert Island" product plus paint pots miss numbered. I sent you pictures of these errors but was told that I'm the only one that noticed and in fact you could not see the error either as plan as day as it was.”

“I loved you first one that I got however this picture the one by the seashore you'll see pictures on it seemed like the color was totally different than online. Online seemed like he had a lot more blues and sand colors for the beach and the actual color Sentra like black dark brown and burgundy for the beach I just didn't care for”

“Unfortunately, a bit of a warning for anyone buying a custom paint-by-numbers. We used Masterpiece By Numbers and spent £50 for a custom painting, and they sent us completely the wrong colors. Purple paint for a clear blue sky, brown for a yellow building, black for green grass etc., I emailed them to let them know about the error and they replied with an impolite message basically saying it wasn't their problem. Such a waste of money. Thought I had better let people know to avoid this happening to anyone else, and best to avoid this company.”

“I have been robbed of £99.75, repeatedly asked for my order to be cancelled or sent to a different address in the days following. , repeatedly ignored. ~ then told it's too late (after i'd been trying top get in touch daily for almost a week!) £50 order placed 5th December, emailed 4 times in the following 3 days asking if I could change the delivery address. finally got an answer and told it was too later as it had shipped. chased again after 2-3 weeks and told its in transit still . I asked for the order to be cancelled again and for a refund as it was arriving too late. . refund again refused. I was told if I don't accept delivery I'd lose my money and my order. I was told its best to re-order to the new address and return the original order when it arrived. so another £50 order placed on 18th. over a month has passed since then and the 2nd order has STILL NOT ARRIVED . Also, to return the original order it costs around £21-£23 AND its now outside of the 30 day returns policy window - because it took so long to arrive!! its a scam company with scam high reviews ~ they only accept positive feedback to be posted on their site and on here - i had to email review.io to show proof of purchase as masterpiece by numbers vet all the reviews so mine wouldn't be shown!! Awful / rude customer service. Very slow to respond (I suggest emailing (as there's no phone number) and re-forwarding the same email every 2 hours, they seem to reply that way. I had to email a proof of purchase to reviews.io to request they allow me to write this honest review. Check other independent review sites and masterpiece by numbers have 2/5 stars ~ ALL with similar stories to mine. PLEASE AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. worst company I've ever had to deal with. rude / arrogant / slow to respond (if at all) out and out refuse to accept order cancellations / changes of address / goods to be retured without huge return postage fees . wish i never heard of masterpiece by numbers who, quite frankly, are an awful company who stole £99.75 from me”
