“Unfortunately, a bit of a warning for anyone buying a custom paint-by-numbers. We used Masterpiece By Numbers and spent £50 for a custom painting, and they sent us completely the wrong colors. Purple paint for a clear blue sky, brown for a yellow building, black for green grass etc., I emailed them to let them know about the error and they replied with an impolite message basically saying it wasn't their problem. Such a waste of money. Thought I had better let people know to avoid this happening to anyone else, and best to avoid this company.”

“I have been robbed of £99.75, repeatedly asked for my order to be cancelled or sent to a different address in the days following. , repeatedly ignored. ~ then told it's too late (after i'd been trying top get in touch daily for almost a week!) £50 order placed 5th December, emailed 4 times in the following 3 days asking if I could change the delivery address. finally got an answer and told it was too later as it had shipped. chased again after 2-3 weeks and told its in transit still . I asked for the order to be cancelled again and for a refund as it was arriving too late. . refund again refused. I was told if I don't accept delivery I'd lose my money and my order. I was told its best to re-order to the new address and return the original order when it arrived. so another £50 order placed on 18th. over a month has passed since then and the 2nd order has STILL NOT ARRIVED . Also, to return the original order it costs around £21-£23 AND its now outside of the 30 day returns policy window - because it took so long to arrive!! its a scam company with scam high reviews ~ they only accept positive feedback to be posted on their site and on here - i had to email review.io to show proof of purchase as masterpiece by numbers vet all the reviews so mine wouldn't be shown!! Awful / rude customer service. Very slow to respond (I suggest emailing (as there's no phone number) and re-forwarding the same email every 2 hours, they seem to reply that way. I had to email a proof of purchase to reviews.io to request they allow me to write this honest review. Check other independent review sites and masterpiece by numbers have 2/5 stars ~ ALL with similar stories to mine. PLEASE AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. worst company I've ever had to deal with. rude / arrogant / slow to respond (if at all) out and out refuse to accept order cancellations / changes of address / goods to be retured without huge return postage fees . wish i never heard of masterpiece by numbers who, quite frankly, are an awful company who stole £99.75 from me”
