“I've found many errors on your "Desert Island" product plus paint pots miss numbered. I sent you pictures of these errors but was told that I'm the only one that noticed and in fact you could not see the error either as plan as day as it was.”

“I really enjoy your paint by numbers. I am not very good at it because I have Parkinson, so some of the paintings do not turn out the best. I will keep on ordering your paint by numbers.”

“I have been robbed of £99.75, repeatedly asked for my order to be cancelled or sent to a different address in the days following. , repeatedly ignored. ~ then told it's too late (after i'd been trying top get in touch daily for almost a week!) £50 order placed 5th December, emailed 4 times in the following 3 days asking if I could change the delivery address. finally got an answer and told it was too later as it had shipped. chased again after 2-3 weeks and told its in transit still . I asked for the order to be cancelled again and for a refund as it was arriving too late. . refund again refused. I was told if I don't accept delivery I'd lose my money and my order. I was told its best to re-order to the new address and return the original order when it arrived. so another £50 order placed on 18th. over a month has passed since then and the 2nd order has STILL NOT ARRIVED . Also, to return the original order it costs around £21-£23 AND its now outside of the 30 day returns policy window - because it took so long to arrive!! its a scam company with scam high reviews ~ they only accept positive feedback to be posted on their site and on here - i had to email review.io to show proof of purchase as masterpiece by numbers vet all the reviews so mine wouldn't be shown!! Awful / rude customer service. Very slow to respond (I suggest emailing (as there's no phone number) and re-forwarding the same email every 2 hours, they seem to reply that way. I had to email a proof of purchase to reviews.io to request they allow me to write this honest review. Check other independent review sites and masterpiece by numbers have 2/5 stars ~ ALL with similar stories to mine. PLEASE AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. worst company I've ever had to deal with. rude / arrogant / slow to respond (if at all) out and out refuse to accept order cancellations / changes of address / goods to be retured without huge return postage fees . wish i never heard of masterpiece by numbers who, quite frankly, are an awful company who stole £99.75 from me”

“I would really like to see more floral and landscaping paintings. I do not particularly like all the wild animals and freaky looking paintings that have recently come out; thus the reason I have not ordered anything recently. Other than that I enjoyed the paintings that I did order. Thanks you.”

“My niece showed me a paint by numbers pI cure she was working on but it required she had to mix paint colors. I was interested in trying a PBN but didn't want the hassle of mixing colors. I found your website with all the rave reviews saying no mixing and wonderful, creamy paint. I have painted 5 pictures and love the results. I particularly like buying from an American business plus your customer service is wonderful!”

“Thanks Masterpiece by numbers, I too was caught out by your competitors who supplied an inferior product on an exceptionally long delivery , 6 weeks. The canvas was inferior with poor definition of the painting areas and paints were thin in a lot of instances. Any comparison with your product would show the competition to maybe be cheaper but supplying a poorer quality. Keep up the standard you give and I will continue to support your company 100%. Thanks.”

“Unfortunately, a bit of a warning for anyone buying a custom paint-by-numbers. We used Masterpiece By Numbers and spent £50 for a custom painting, and they sent us completely the wrong colors. Purple paint for a clear blue sky, brown for a yellow building, black for green grass etc., I emailed them to let them know about the error and they replied with an impolite message basically saying it wasn't their problem. Such a waste of money. Thought I had better let people know to avoid this happening to anyone else, and best to avoid this company.”

“Be careful. I was getting ready to order. I clicked on masterpiece and a different site popped up. I noticed a change in the price so researched it. It was in deed a company from China. The service and quality I receive from masterpiece is amazing and would gave been extremely disappointed if my pictures came from China.”

“So far I have completed 8 paintings from Masterpiecebynumbers and have at least 4 more on deck. I love their product. The canvases are real linen and very smooth and silky. The paints are creamy and cover beautifully. The results are amazing. The custom pieces are my favorites. The paints are true to the colors. Customer service is also great because the people you work with actually do their paintings so they are really good with solutions. Don't waste your money on knock-offs from China. These canvases arrive promptly, rolled (no folds) in heavy mailing tubes. You can't go wrong with Masterpiece. Here's some of my customs from my vacation in Australia and NZ!”
