“I signed up for the $85.00 dollar mattress and box spring combo package. I paid for a king mattress and boxspring to be recycled. After pickup day I returned home to find one side of the king box spring still in my driveway. When I called they said a king box spring is considered 3 items?!? No, your website states itâ€™s a combo package. Their solution...Send someone back over and Charge me for just 1 item this time. Uncool.”

“Though my mattress was suppose to be picked up between 8:00am and noon , I understand the original truck broke down and the driver had to make other arrangements for his pickups. I was picked up shortly after 1:00 by a polite and pleasant team of two. They kindly picked my item up ASAP so I could head back to work. I appreciate that courtesy.”

“Tmiaya called to give me notice she was on her way and arrived at the time she said. She was courteous and removed both of my mattresses quickly, and ensured that they were careful of the items in my home while moving the mattresses through the hallways out to the front door. Iâ€™d highly recommend!”
