“They called me when they were on their way. They arrived at the earliest time within the given time frame and it was super fast. They were in and out. Great service. And I had the rest of my day to pack and get ready for the move. Highly recommend.”

“Everything was very easy. I just put the mattress on the curb and they came and picked it up. Only issue that I had was that I chose the 12 hour window for it to be picked up, and they missed the window. They said they'd be here between 8am and 8pm. I got a call from the guy who was picking it up around 8:15pm letting me know he was on his way. The actual mattress wasn't picked up till around 9pm. It wasn't a huge issue for me, and I'd use the service again and recommend it.”

“The pickup went extremely well. It was fast, efficient and easy. They picked up my queen mattress and boxspring, had me sign to acknowledge delivery and we were complete. Customer Service was a different story. After booking online they called me to inform me that the website I booked through was not valid and that I needed to pay an additional $15 dollar fee as their prices have changed. Technology is easy; this never should have occurred in the first place. BEWARE: The price you pay may not be the real, final price!”
