JUST WANT TO SAY CHRIS NELSON IS AWESOME. I received my package fast. At first they didn't have it because of the virus going around, but Chris reached out to me a Month later saying the got a shipment in, I was like WOW I forgot about it lol. After I received it jde reached out to me again to make sure I was satisfied. AWESOME COMPANY 5 stars wish other Companys were so persistent in helping customers.

I received a spring kit and ramp polishing kit for my S&W shield 9mm, and the trigger pull went from 6lbs. to a very smooth 3.5lbs.. I really like your products, and have already ordered additional products. Thanks for making great products at affordable prices. I will in the near future be ordering the spring kit for my sig. p238.

Fast shipping, the fully built M-Series Keltec Sub-2000 is exactly what I ordered. But, there was zero response to multiple emails and FB messages to make some changes and additions. I will just order the parts I want, but it would be great if they could just respond to a message. Great customer service is way different than good customer service.

Fast shipping. Quickly solved a glitch, namely, that I ordered without logging in. Before hitting "submit" I noted that my military/LE discount was missing. I logged in, saw the discount, had to enter my credit card again, and hit "submit". The email response showed the wrong price again. It took a phone call to get it fixed, but it was fixed in a quick and friendly manner. One star down for having a website that lets that happen.

Dick L. , just signed into the brother's. Two days ago I called and talked with Tom, give this man a raise. GREAT SERVICE!!!! Difficult to believe the response I received. Tom stayed on top of getting my order together AND shipping it out on the same day. Chris, inquire if Tom has family members who are looking for employment.. Keep up the great workplace environment.

Customer service was great, knowledge or product was great. The trigger kit for my sccy for 79 dollars not so much. It was a waste of money know noticeable changes could be felt. Would not buy this kit from anyone don't waste your money.

Ordered trigger spring kit for TC Venture. The spring kit worked great , it reduced the pull from 3lb7oz to 1lb10oz. The videos are the best, second to none.đź‘Ť As for service that's another story. I called at least 10 times never a response. Apparently they don't answer there phones just a recording. Also emailed at least that many times or more with only 2-3 responses. That being said I will probably order agin in the future. As I said there product are good and videos are great and very easy to follow. I just hope they work on there customer service a little or (alot) !!!!!

MCarbo stood behind some problematic spring /trigger upgrade for the Ruger PC Carbine in the end. I ran into severe hammer follow leading to a dead trigger with their spring kit which they no longer sell. They sent me a prototype disconnecter to try which was awesome, but it lead to a double fire problem which is a major safety issue to me. They asked me to send them my rifle so they could troubleshoot it. We had a few crossed wires in communication about the return of my rifle and I'll take some of the blame here. The solution was to make the bolt carrier heavier and they were going to make me a tungsten charging handle. When my rifle arrived, the tungsten charging handle was not with the gun and there was no explanation. When I talked to the gunsmith, he said his note must not have been included with the gun but that the charging handle was waiting for its coating. A few months went by with no communication. I checked in and had got the same answer. I checked in again as another few months went by and a different gunsmith gave me a straight answer and said the tungsten charging handle was breaking the screws (I assume the charging handle screws) and that there was no solution. I appreciated the straight answer and we agreed on a refund which was processed quickly. When I pulled the trigger assembly out to remove the MCarbo parts, my gun was filthy. I got the feeling that MCarbo used my rifle for their product development, which is fine, but I sent them a spotless gun and received a filthy one. I have never received a dirty gun back from a gunsmith - whether the gun was getting upgraded or repaired. I feel a bit like I was left holding the bag on this one until I got the straight answer from a different gunsmith. I have had a lot of great experience with MCarbo. The are a veteran owned and operated company and I want to support them, but I am going to wait for a while before I try them again.

I ordered from Mcarbo. Mcarbo sent a different, deficient product. Mcarbo offered the replacement they should have sent free if I paid the shipping, contrary to their policy of free shipping if they are wrong. Then When I called they said I took to long to accept their offer and I had to pay full price to fix their deficient product that I didn't order and never wanted. Mcarbo policy they don't follow: "Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If M*CARBO is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order. In the end, the customer service manager refused to help my situation. Avoid Mcarbo. Look at Midwest Industries for alternatives.

They talk a good game however the spring- shim kit I ordered for my sp-101- .22lr revolver resulted in about 25% misfires. They provided less than half the shims needed to shim the trigger. Their attitude was “well, that happens” they suggested I buy thicker trigger shims elsewhere. When I inquired about the 100%satisfaction guarantee I found that since I had installed the kit that I would only get a store credit minus a 25% restocking fee. And I would have to remove the installed parts and send back for their approval. Not happy. Will not recommend and will shop elsewhere in the future. They couldn’t even tell me with confidence what weight the hammer spring in the kit was. Got about 3 answers. Factory spring works fine.

I ordered parts for an LC380 and after I installed them the magazine would not go in. I tried bending the hammer spring, but I ended up using the factory spring. I was advised to send a picture like they could see from that the spring was fatter then the factory spring. Companies ask for pictures just to inconvenience customer from returning parts and receiving a refund. The $25 won't break me, but if you have a problem don't expect a resolution to be easy or worth it. I never did receive another part or refund

Ordered a trigger kit and one part was missing (they gave me double of another part). Honest mistake, but going on one month and they haven’t made it right. No one answers phone calls or returns messages. No one responds to numerous emails on their help desk account. The company is probably two overwhelmed people working out of their garage. $160 down the tube. Don’t waste your money or your time with this company. Order from Timney Triggers and thank me later.

I installed a trigger spring kit in a Sccy cpx-4 and have been getting light primer strikes ever since. The minimum light strike rate is 2 out of 10. When I retry them they fire just fine in my Ruger or my Glock. I will have to reinstall the original springs or trash the gun. I will not trade or sell it. It certainly can't be relied on to protect your life. I haven't contacted them but I pretty much know what would come of that - I did it wrong. I am not a gunsmith but have been shooting and working on firearms all my life and I am 80 years old now. I find that at this age people are more than happy to tell you how dumb you are.

I placed an order with these guys and when it showed as delivered it was not my mailbox. I sent them a message explaining the situation and they immediately responded which I appreciated but they told me I needed to file a claim with the Post Office which I think was a bit odd. I don't understand the customer service tactic of putting it on the customer. Nonetheless I attempted to do so And couldn't because the package wasn't insured by them so the Post Office stated that it could not be submitted for a loss claim. Instead I filed for a missing mail piece search and send it to them asking if it would suffice. Since then I've sent multiple follow ups and they've never responded. First of all it's not acceptable to put the onus on the customer to do the research because a package wasn't delivered and secondly ignoring then asking for clarification is even worse. This is my 1st time dealing with this company and it will be my last. They've gotta be stupid if they don't think I won't get my money back through a credit card dispute. Because of their garbage customer service I'll leave my review across every platform on the Internet.

Ordered a spring kit for a savage axis on 11/8/22(Tuesday) and paid for 2 day shipping, part isn't expected to arrive until 11/15/22(Tuesday a week after it was ordered). They gave me an excuse that they were rearranging the warehouse and that FedEx didn't ship on the weekend. BS.... I will never order from this company again.

Order the PMR 30 kit (10-31-2022). I call today (11-2-2022). The response was it should go out today, shipping us behind. I am a veteran myself and the last thing you want to hear is a bunch on excuses. Mcarbo stop sleeping in and get your orders out daily.
