“Fast shipping. Quickly solved a glitch, namely, that I ordered without logging in. Before hitting "submit" I noted that my military/LE discount was missing. I logged in, saw the discount, had to enter my credit card again, and hit "submit". The email response showed the wrong price again. It took a phone call to get it fixed, but it was fixed in a quick and friendly manner. One star down for having a website that lets that happen.”
