I ordered from Mcarbo. Mcarbo sent a different, deficient product. Mcarbo offered the replacement they should have sent free if I paid the shipping, contrary to their policy of free shipping if they are wrong. Then When I called they said I took to long to accept their offer and I had to pay full price to fix their deficient product that I didn't order and never wanted. Mcarbo policy they don't follow: "Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If M*CARBO is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order. In the end, the customer service manager refused to help my situation. Avoid Mcarbo. Look at Midwest Industries for alternatives.

They talk a good game however the spring- shim kit I ordered for my sp-101- .22lr revolver resulted in about 25% misfires. They provided less than half the shims needed to shim the trigger. Their attitude was “well, that happens” they suggested I buy thicker trigger shims elsewhere. When I inquired about the 100%satisfaction guarantee I found that since I had installed the kit that I would only get a store credit minus a 25% restocking fee. And I would have to remove the installed parts and send back for their approval. Not happy. Will not recommend and will shop elsewhere in the future. They couldn’t even tell me with confidence what weight the hammer spring in the kit was. Got about 3 answers. Factory spring works fine.

I ordered parts for an LC380 and after I installed them the magazine would not go in. I tried bending the hammer spring, but I ended up using the factory spring. I was advised to send a picture like they could see from that the spring was fatter then the factory spring. Companies ask for pictures just to inconvenience customer from returning parts and receiving a refund. The $25 won't break me, but if you have a problem don't expect a resolution to be easy or worth it. I never did receive another part or refund
