Ordered a trigger kit and one part was missing (they gave me double of another part). Honest mistake, but going on one month and they haven’t made it right. No one answers phone calls or returns messages. No one responds to numerous emails on their help desk account. The company is probably two overwhelmed people working out of their garage. $160 down the tube. Don’t waste your money or your time with this company. Order from Timney Triggers and thank me later.

I installed a trigger spring kit in a Sccy cpx-4 and have been getting light primer strikes ever since. The minimum light strike rate is 2 out of 10. When I retry them they fire just fine in my Ruger or my Glock. I will have to reinstall the original springs or trash the gun. I will not trade or sell it. It certainly can't be relied on to protect your life. I haven't contacted them but I pretty much know what would come of that - I did it wrong. I am not a gunsmith but have been shooting and working on firearms all my life and I am 80 years old now. I find that at this age people are more than happy to tell you how dumb you are.

I placed an order with these guys and when it showed as delivered it was not my mailbox. I sent them a message explaining the situation and they immediately responded which I appreciated but they told me I needed to file a claim with the Post Office which I think was a bit odd. I don't understand the customer service tactic of putting it on the customer. Nonetheless I attempted to do so And couldn't because the package wasn't insured by them so the Post Office stated that it could not be submitted for a loss claim. Instead I filed for a missing mail piece search and send it to them asking if it would suffice. Since then I've sent multiple follow ups and they've never responded. First of all it's not acceptable to put the onus on the customer to do the research because a package wasn't delivered and secondly ignoring then asking for clarification is even worse. This is my 1st time dealing with this company and it will be my last. They've gotta be stupid if they don't think I won't get my money back through a credit card dispute. Because of their garbage customer service I'll leave my review across every platform on the Internet.

Ordered a spring kit for a savage axis on 11/8/22(Tuesday) and paid for 2 day shipping, part isn't expected to arrive until 11/15/22(Tuesday a week after it was ordered). They gave me an excuse that they were rearranging the warehouse and that FedEx didn't ship on the weekend. BS.... I will never order from this company again.

Order the PMR 30 kit (10-31-2022). I call today (11-2-2022). The response was it should go out today, shipping us behind. I am a veteran myself and the last thing you want to hear is a bunch on excuses. Mcarbo stop sleeping in and get your orders out daily.

I am very disappointed in M*Carbo. I bought a Kimber Micro 9 based upon the YouTube video the president of M*Carbo made showing the trigger pull reduction on this exact pistol from +/- 6 pounds to 3-1/2 pounds. So, I buy the pistol and go to order the trigger spring kit and a couple tools from M*Carbo to perform the installation. Spring kit was showing back ordered. Contacted them and asked when they would be re-stocked and they weren’t definite, but were anticipating about a month. Over the 4th of July weekend it shows it’s available and I order it. Following the holiday I get and e-mail stating there was a backorder. Then I got a phone call from a very nice lady explaining that the trigger spring kit is in engineering and they are re-designing it and there is no timetable for the spring kit’s availability. So, I’ve yet to shoot a pistol I wouldn’t have bought given what the truth is about this spring kit. Here’s the link to the video for the now nonexistent spring kit. https://youtu.be/bbn-tkWj5S4 Maybe Chris Nelson would like to buy a brand new Kimber Micro 9 and an expensive leather IWB holster I have no use for?

Ordered 2 CZ 75 recoil springs. After 50 rounds, I disassembled the pistol to find the slide was stuck. Long story short, the spring was quite a bit too long, coil bound, and smashed the recoil spring guide through the frame (destroyed the guide). Had this gun had a metal guide rod, it likely would’ve damaged the frame. I measured it fully compressed against 5 other springs from CZ, CGW, and Wolff. All the other springs (13-18lbs) were exactly the same length, with only one loop of spring visible outside the slide fully compressed. Theirs has 4 loops and is almost .100” longer than the rest. They first said I installed it incorrectly. Then they said there’s something wrong with my brand new 75 omega. They talked to me like I was a child and insulted my intelligence. After reading the reviews here, I probably won’t even send the springs back, as it sounds like I won’t be getting a refund anyway. Very very poor company to deal with. I said from the beginning I felt the spring was simply a qc issue, and they responded with insults.

Hello Everyone, I am not one to leave reviews (especially negative reviews) but feel this needs to be known. I recently ordered 7- CZ75 MCARBO Spring Kits for my TriStar Pistols. I ordered these because I was told if they did not fit I would be able to return them for a FULL REFUND (I have a chain of emails to prove it) That being said I kept one of the kits I had already installed (minus some parts of the kit that didn't fit) because I didn't want to go though the trouble of removing the MCARBO Spring kit I had installed which by the way made a very minimal almost unnoticeable difference vs. the 40-50% less trigger pull they claim. I returned the other 6 kits back to MCARBO for a FULL REFUND as I was told i would receive. I finally received a refund from MCARBO minus the return shipping cost which they failed to mention to me (not a big deal only $4.04) but worst of ALL they kept the Sales Tax which they say they do not refund ($17.44) which is Totally Illegal to do !!!!! I wonder how many MCARBO Customers have been ripped off their hard earned money by paying taxes on an item they returned ???? Is MCARBO paying the government this Sales Tax that they are NOT refunding their Customers ??? I highly doubt it !!!!! SOUNDS LIKE TAX FRAUD TO ME !!!!! I will be contacting the Feds to report them along with filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from MCARBO at ALL COSTS (Pun Intended) You have been warned !!!!!

For a company that's this large and makes the money they make , they do not help the customer. I'm an NRA instructor , Gunsmith, and in the Firearm business. I ordered a trigger kit and polishing kit and after 10 days and 3 calls no product. The shipment was created and the product shows still in clearwater. I asked for a replacement ... Pretty standard . When I asked for free overnight shipping since they dropped the ball not me I was told I had to pay $30 for that service. Spoke to a manager and the same thing. I was very rudely told "I don't work for the post office " twice.

Ordered several parts for my Ruger PC Charger from them, everything came as expected but I ran into a bit of trouble with the muzzle break. The crush washer on the muzzle break deformed and therefore I needed to obtain a replacement. It was my fault and I own that, I was not expecting a replacement for free but reaching out to customer service, I was told a replacement washer will be $7.00. This is very poor customer service IMO, I obtained 5 replacement wagers from a random eBay seller for $5 shipped. I will never buy another product from them again, I’m sure their products are great as long as everything goes right, you’ll be happy. Just hope that nothing goes wrong for you as they are not trying to help. To me, customer service is just as important as a quality product.

Purchased multiple items for Hi-Point Carbine to include: Extra Power Recoil Spring & Stainless Steel Guide Rod. Of those 2 items, there is a recall for both. Seems that their company did not do their do testing prior to selling items. Purchase at your own risk. Now I have to contact Hi-Point and see if they will send me the original parts as a warranty item.

Recently ordered the reduced weight spring and shim kit for my SP-101 .22. Did the action job per their video. They did not supply enough trigger shims to proper shim the trigger. The hammer spring was too light to reliably fire the rounds. When I emailed them about it they offered no solution or help. Their attitude was like oh well, this happens. Project was actually a waste of time. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee means nothing. Not happy.

Placed order and they sent response saying they pride themselves on shipping ASAP! They went ahead and got money off card, then 4 days later sent text saying part of order not in stock. It was when I ordered. Then 8 days later sent another text saying more stuff not in stock. Really? Should have been told this up front! ALL reputable companies do not take money from card until items are shipped! Once again I was sent text that said they pride themselves on same day shipping,ASAP. They didn't have anything to ship!! Only thing they did right was refund money after taking it for nothing in return.

I’ve ordered a lot of trigger kits and parts from them until I had an issue with a simple recoil guide rod in my CZ SP01. The stainless guide rod will not lock into the slide and the barrel lug due to the length and stiffness. I contacted them for direction and got nothing except I could return it. I returned it in the original undamaged baggy and they refunded 1/2 my money due to a 25% restocking fee and shipping. This part wasn’t something I changed my mind about, I was happy to have it, but it won’t work as advertised. Beware ordering from this company unless you know it will work, they don’t stand behind their products even to a good customer who has bought many items and given them great reviews until now.
