Terrible custom service. I've been watching almost two weeks for them to send my premium to the pharmacy. I keep being told about technical issues. Nobody wants To help fix the problem. Shop elsewhere

Horrible company, stay away! Had a 6:30 appointment, logged in and provider was a no show. Called customer care while on hold and was told I would receive a text in a few minutes, it didn't happen. Called again 15 minutes later and told the same thing, and again received no text. I was # 1 in queue and it took over ten minutes both times for someone to answer. Finally, after waiting over an hour for a provider to show I called back to customer care and after 19 minutes I hung up because they never answered the phone. I have all the screen shots to prove this in case the company tries to jump in and say it didn't happen. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company!!

Horrible experience. The website won’t let me join a meeting two days in a row. Then they want to charge me a no show fee?! No service and tech support doesn’t work on the weekends to help with tech issues.

Up until now, I had a wonderful experience with MedVidi with very few minor hiccups after almost a year of receiving treatment. However, I had to switch providers which wasn't a huge issue, but I had an appointment on Monday and am still without my medications on Thursday. I am working a full time schedule and am currently in graduate school. The first two prescriptions that were sent in had the wrong state's letterhead by the doctor's information. Therefore, the pharmacy refused to fill the medication and I made the MedVidi team aware of that. Then I was told that if I found a pharmacy with the medication in stock, that the prescription could be sent in right away. I found one that has the medication and the prescription has yet to be sent in to the pharmacy with the correct state's letterhead after three days. Very disappointing.

I've been a patient for a year. Just lost my daughter 7 weeks ago. Paid for my appointment and Christianah called to reschedule me for 30 minutes later. That never happened. Called customer service got an appointment for 9 15 today. That never happened. What a terrible way to treat people. You have my money though. If you didn't want to treat me then tell me! Very frustrating. What is going on with you? I sure don't deserve this.

The initial 5 months were positive, albeit costly. The clinic had advertised an initial appointment fee of $200, followed by subsequent $99 follow-up visits. However, this pricing structure was never honored. Instead, I found myself required to pay $170 monthly simply to engage in brief, sub-5-minute discussions for prescription refills. Matters took a turn for the worse when, despite providing a two-day notice due to my grandfather's critical condition, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $50 for a "no-show." Subsequently, when I urgently required a new appointment due to withdrawal symptoms from anxiety medication, the scheduled time was changed from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and the clinic failed to appear. Even after contacting customer service and being advised to remain on the call until 10:30 PM, I was ultimately stood up. As a special education teacher and doctoral candidate, my time is exceptionally limited, and the toll on my well-being is substantial. Despite having insurance, the financial burden and the prospect of enduring further withdrawal symptoms or debilitating panic attacks due to the prolonged absence of anxiety medication, which has now exceeded 6 weeks, have left me feeling utterly overwhelmed with no resolution in sight.

They miss my appointment seven times, lied to me on the phone how scripts work with the pharmacy, refuse to even reply back to me. What else can I say? This place is a scam

I loved this company. I was on vacation in a different state. They cut me off for anxiety and insomnia zanex. They prescribed a non narcotic. I could have been put on a number of different meds. I only took when needed also 3 months on 60 pills. They then called me a drug addict. Read there website the DEA made changes to the online prescription policy's. A doctor can't prescribe schedule 3 drugs without a inpatient visit first. Then I found out the doctor was only a nurse. I complained on there advertised satisfaction guarantee and got called a drug addicted. The meds they prescribed tizanidine hci is about as effective as a melatonin and has horrible reviews. Hallucinations, nightmares. I feel like I got burned and there trying to sweep it under the rug. Every patient is going to have similar experiences. Beware.

Spam emails. Tried unsubscribing, but to no avail. Emails are constant. I sent an email asking them to stop, but did not. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I had an appointment with them on 10/11/2023 and I still do not have my prescription. They are very quick to take your money for the appointment, but WILL NOT help or refund your money even though it has been their fault and they admit to it being their fault. I have talked to them every day sometimes twice a day and all I get is we are sorry I am sending this over to the doctor and you will have your prescription. Well its day 11 now and another phone call and NOOOOOOO prescription.
