“(if it wasn't for Alina, it would have been one star) My experience has been less than desirable dealing with Medvidi. Their software has been problematic when trying to schedule follow up appointments, the return time on emailing help is at least 12 hrs. Then there answer is like they didn't read the entire email and then used a canned response making it worse. Their Dashboard is an insult to what a Dashboard is supposed to be and do. If there missing statement sould said," to create a cheap platform for people to video conference a health care professional for the least amount of time, and make it difficult to do so." But that doesn't get customers. However, today after responding to their incorrect response to my email (2 days later) I received real help from Alina who took care of my issue quicker than quick. There might be a glimmer of hope at Medvidi help. Thank you Aline”

“5 star rated until my last appt. My normal Dr. was replaced with a different Dr. He changed my medication and it has caused me bad problems. Also, he didn't care what I said or felt, and just ended the session. Very Disappointing. Now I have to deal with these consequences, which could possibly loosing my job. Appt. was supposed to be with Dr.Griggs”

“I thought it was very expensive appointment for only talking to my doctor for 3 minutes. He prescribed me meds which hopefully help with my anxiety and panic attacks. Only time will tell.”
