“I just think for what it is the price is pretty expensive. Seems monopolistic to charge people in need so much for their services. As if life isn’t hard enough, I have to be nickel and dimed for a doctor’s appointment that is 5 minutes and costs 6 times what my prescription costs.”

“This is a mixed review. The doctor, Bradley Noon, was amazing. However the customer support here is a nightmare. I had to have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy within an hour of my appointment. They said it will be sent within 24-48 hours, ok no problem. Here I am, 48 hours later and cannot get in contact with them over the phone, sms, anything. I got a response to an email earlier this morning that still didn’t give me any information, something along the lines of “we forwarded your request to our team, thanks for your patience”. They do not let you directly contact the doctor, you need to go through their support team which is a different person every time so I need to re-explain the situation every time. Doctor Noon is amazing but this customer service is horrendous unfortunately. If someone from MedVidi is reading this, PLEASE point me to someone I can contact that can actually do something to help the same day.”
