“So far so good, the support team has been pretty decent so far, however I wish Dr Grigg would spend a little bit more time articulating my needs in the overall effect the medication is having on me rather than just shoving meds on me and saying farewell. meds are great and all but I want doctor guidance so they actually work how they're supposed to. My previous appointments had felt quite rushed.”

“There was a time when I wouldnt have recommended MEDvidi. They seem to have gotten most of the wrinkles out though. So, so happty with the service now. Dina was great today.”

“MEDvidi is almost great! I’ve spoken with 4 different doctors and I’ve loved 3 of those 4. They really shouldn’t advertise for same day appointments because that just never happens … being honest is better than being convenient when looking for long term patients. My other recommendation would be to reward the patients who continue using your site with promotions or discounts. It can get very expensive and patients have many options these days, most of which offer more affordable services. I can’t confidently say that those patients are thinking “MEDvidi is worth paying more”.”
