“Make sure you read "australian consumers" at the bottom on their website..... I was looking for an australian supplier so as not to have to order internationally...turns out they just do that for you...I was told an australian PO tracking number would be sent , it never was....on contacting them, I was told things that did not happen, I thought they may be a scam, but after a while the item arrived....If the company was more transparent one would not think they had been scammed...will probably not purchase again, my expectations are that companies should tell the truth up front,not hide there practices in the fine print...beware.”

“It took awhile to receive the products but when they were delivered they were as described. Customer service was a little slow but understandable given the current situation. Customer service polite and apologised for delays.”

“I have been waiting for my order for so long now I would never order from them again. I received a email from them saying one of my items was out of stock and would be a couple of weeks till they got more I responded saying I would just have a refund I got no response emailed them again saying I was not going happy to wait and please refund me for items out of stock still no response. Can not recommend this company and I still have not received my order yet.”

“Item was paid for and then had to wait a week before the product was sent and that was only after I emailed them. Otherwise the product arrived safety but was not odorless as stated as soon as you undid the lid you could smell the garlic it was strong.”
