Terrible company. I ordered, they seem to have had no stock so a few days after payment my money was refunded but I was given absolutely no information as to why my order was just cancelled. This company is terrible. Won’t order again

I ordered 5 products online. 3 arrived. No receipt/paperwork in package. No info re 2 x missing products. I had to chase them up (if calling, press 1 for sales, if you press 2 for existing order support nobody picks up). Turns out 1 item was out of stock, the other was missed for some reason. The lady said sometimes Aus Post changes the packaging which i strongly don't believe is true! I didn't feel confident that i would get a rufund but after a few phone calls, a refund was processed that same day for the 2 missing items. I wouldn't purchase from this company again.

DO NOT ever order from Mega Vitamins. I requested my money back after the sent me the wrong product. It took the merchant 4 months to get my money back as they would not answer any calls or emails. I can not give a lower rating than a one star. Disgusting behaviour from a supplier. They do NOT stock Coco Earth Coconut Aminos

This site is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM IT. Order placed two weeks ago. Received a confirmation, then nothing. Tried emailing, tried calling. Nothing.

I ordered Natrol, Melatonin + 5-HTP, 60 Bi-Layer Tablets × 1 and I got Swanson 5-HTP & Melatonin, 30 Tablets x 2. The Swanson product has 3mg Melatonin and the Natrol product has 6mg, which is why I ordered it. Guessing the Swanson product is cheaper as well. Now I have to go out and buy the correct product, complete waste of time and money! Avoid, unless you are craving disappointment.

Stay away, dodgy as they come. Can't follow basic instructions like only use express post. Did an order over the phone and she swore to me she would use express post

I DO NOT recommend this business! Ordered over $100 products in September 2021 and still have not received any of the products. I only a received a tracking number a week after the order was submitted and that was because I requested it. The tracking number wasn't recognised by Australia Post when a Lost Parcel case was lodged with them a month later. This organisation is non-responsive to emails or phone calls. Don't waste your money

I ordered two products & only one arrived. I tried calling & left a voice message- no one returned my call. I sent an email & didn't get a reply back. I paid for two products. Where is my 2nd product & why is no one responding? This is an absolute disgrace

I received part of my order, and, just like the previous reviewer, tried to contact Mega Vitamins via phone, email and using chat, trying to find out if the rest of the items are going to arrive, to no effect, they are simply not responding. Really appalling customer support!!

I ordered vitamins worth $163 on October 5th and still no delivery. I have tried to contact them several times with no replies or updates. No one responds to the chat and the 1300 number on the site goes to voice mail with no call backs. Extremely disappointed! I expect a refund!

I ordered products and card was charged 11 August 2021. Today is 27 September 2021. I have no products. I have tried to contact via email and telephone. No reply email. No one answers phone. This business is a scam.

I recently placed an order with this business which included two 250 ml bottles of black seed oil. One of the bottles was not sealed properly and the shipment arrived with the packaging paper and the bottom of the carton soaked with oil. Roughly a quarter of this rather expensive oil was gone from one of the bottles. I contacted the business but have received no reply. I will now need to lodge a PayPal dispute. Based on my above experience, I cannot recommend the business.

Said they dispatched my vitamins on the 26th August. Now the 11th of September and Auspost cant find the package. Awful customer service, won't reply to any emails from myself or AusPost. Won't process my refund as requested numerous times.

My experience with Mega Vitamins is nothing short of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I placed my order with them because I thought it was fantastic that an Australian business stocked such a comprehensive range of products that is similar to iherb. My order did not ship for a week following its placement, and then only after I followed up by phone because they didn't respond to their online chat. I was told I would receive the order later that week - which I didn't. A week later I received a notification Australia Post had received the shipment information and it never progressed from there. I contacted Mega Vitamins via email multiple times regarding this with only one response that was somewhat incomprehensible about covid and cleaning. I made several phone calls to them and spoke with Paul. I was told that it was being followed up on and that they'd get back to me which they never did. I lodged an investigation with Australia Post who advised me that they weren't able to locate where the parcel was and when I followed up with Mega Vitamins regarding this I was blatantly lied to and told they were able to see the parcel was progressing from "their system", which I requested a screenshot of via email and when I received this it was the exact same information that I could see on my Australia Post account. Ultimately, I requested a refund from Mega Vitamins and was told that they couldn't give me a refund because the order had shipped and that I would receive the parcel (which has still not progressed on the Australia Post tracking system). Mega Vitamins advised me that if Australia Post deemed it lost in transit they would provide me with a full refund. I requested this in writing and received an email stating if it was lost in transit a full refund would be processed. Australia Post has since deemed the parcel lost in transit and I have followed up with Mega Vitamins regarding this outcome and have not received a response. Seriously reconsider placing an order with this business. The majority of the reviews are appalling and reflect my experience.

Horrible service Misleading saying they accept PayPal but the don’t so they steal peoples money Didn’t even deliver my product and won’t refund me. It’s illegal to state no refunds on your site too. AVOID AND DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME

Very poor customer service, selling products they do not have. Out of 5 items one was missing and two were replaced with something I didn't need (kids product). No reply to my emails, phone not answered. Eventually, the missing product was refunded, but two wrong ones went to the bin. Will never use it again.
