“I have to admit I was skeptical regarding the restoration of an almost destroyed photo of my Dad and his friends. I have to admit that not only did Memory Cherish restore the old photo but made it even better than the original. Truly a talented and gifted company. I will always be grateful to Memory Cherish for restoring what would have been a lost photo of my Dad. Incredible, I'm still in awe of the workmanship.”

“The company misleads you to tell you that their artists are in high demand and then tries to upsell you to a "master artist" and then, tries to upsell you to express delivery. Photo restoration was done in less than a day, clearly computer generated. Purchased a print for $40, should have just gone with digital because you can get the same size print on Amazon for $15. Paid for an upgrade for protective coating and they charged me four times. Haven't responded to any of my emails about the overcharge. The picture looks good for a computer-generated restoration. Just be honest with people, stop with the phone upsells at purchase time. I’ll be surprised if you actually post this review, but there are other ways to get the word out if you don’t.”

“I have sent in several older photos to be "fixed" by MemoryCherish. The one that I thought might be beyond repair is the one I think they did the very best with. My husband did not have one photo of his dad. The photo I sent in was one from the DC Department of Motor Vehicle, his driver's license from 1962. It was cracked all over and was a picture of a picture, not the original. They did an Outstanding Job!!! So very pleased and will absolutely use them again and again!!”

“I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the prints received from Memory Cherish. In the case of a photo of my parents in 1942, the Memory Cherish print was so perfect that I thought the photo had been taken yesterday. I can say the same for every photo they have worked on for me. “The precious picture that I inherited was in very bad shape, basically broken into pieces with some of the pieces missing. It now looks like the original picture that hangs in my aunt's house! The picture was taken in 1898. Thank you Memory Cherish. CM”
