“Honestly, I do not even know what to say. The service Memory Cherish has provided is above and beyond. My dad recently passed away and my mom and I found the most amazing picture of him when he was in the Air Force. It had been folded, faded, and even had typed print that had rubbed off on it. We desperately wanted to have it restored but did not want to send it away. After looking online at some options, we found this company. It seemed way too good to be true. All I had to do was pay a very reasonable amount and take a picture of my dad's picture with my phone. Nothing to lose, but expected nothing much. OH WAS I WRONG! This restored picture was more than I could have dreamed of. It took my breath away. I sent it to my Mom, and we cried over the phone in amazement. I am so grateful.”

“I've now submitted photos of my own, and my wife's--faded, torn, discolored, and even stuck to the glass frame; one, a 50-year-old photo scanned into a computer file, then printed on paper--and they've rescued all of them spectacularly. The colorizing is terrific, and their offerings are varied and, I think, fairly priced. I would trust them with any request (and probably will myself in the future lol).”

“I am truly astounded by the work of MemoryCherish. I sent them a jpg original picture that was decent but not clear, was fuzzy, and did not show the person well. They restored it to perfection. “Thank you memorycherish for doing a fantastic job on my photo! When I was moving I found an old photo of my children. The glass had broken in the frame and the photo had suffered creases, portions of color missing, and it was in an oval frame cut to fit the frame. The experts were able to remove all blemishes and fill in the color and restored it to an 8x10 suitable for a standard frame. All of this was done the same day that I submitted the order. I liked it so much that I gave a shout out to this fabulous company on my Facebook and Instagram. Something that I’ve never done so that others with old photos know there is help out there. The photo looks amazing and my children will receive copies of it. They are grown now and both appreciate this memory being saved! Thank you!”

“When I compare my completed pictures to what I sent, you all you have done an awesome job. This is definitely a cherished moment for us. Our mom passed this Thanksgiving night 2022 and the old picture had hung on her wall for over 45 years and faded. This was the first thing we all grabbed to reflect upon. “As I have not received my order yet, I can’t comment on the product as of yet. As for communication, I have found it to be extremely limited. I have needed concerns to be addressed, but haven’t been able to get an answer. Any emails I have received from Memory Cherish seem to be automated. Not sure if I’ve even been corresponding with an actual person up to this point. As a company, I think it’s important to have several lines of communication open and available, but unfortunately seems to be limited in this regard. I’ve tried to find a phone number to hopefully get my questions answered, but haven’t been able to find one thus far. The order I placed for my dear husband who has held on to the only picture he has of his grandparents. I was hoping to gift this to him for Christmas, but I’m not sure if that’s possible at this point. The last email I received from Memory Cherish, was a confirmation email from two days ago stating that my order was ready to ship, but I haven’t received a shipping or tracking number yet.”
