“Memory Cherish worked so hard to restore an old photo of me and my mother and sisters! Years ago, someone had drawn ink on my mother’s face, and we didn’t think the photo could be properly restored. Memory Cherish did an amazing job on this family treasure! We sent it back for them to alter several times, and they worked on it without complaining and showed a true desire to get the photo just right. “I was so excited to see the new photo as it was from my wedding day and one of my favorite pics with my sister. The pic i sent to them had been stuck to the glass frame and there were spots all over our faces--not salvageable, or so I thought. The only reason I gave a 4 is due to the mix up in contacting me as I searched all of my emails and could not find the restored photo email. However, they did send a follow-up email referring to the email. As soon as I contacted them, I received a reply with my restored photo. I am thrilled!!”

“A ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH ALWAYS KEPT ME IN THE KNOW HOW MY PICTURE WAS COMING ALONG AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE FINAL RESULTS THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I AWAIT MY PRINTS TO BE SENT. “The staff at Memory Cherish are angels! Every representative was supportive, kind, patient, and easy to work with! I had a very important photo that was severely torn and damage. I'm grateful the Senior Restorer worked their magic and beautifully remained & re-created a vintage graduation photo. Highly recommended and impressed with this company! Also, Maka was my Customer Service Lead and her customer service and communication was excellent!”

“Remarkable. Didn't think it could be restored to the quality it turned out to be. The Original was a mid-1940 school picture no bigger than a postage stamp. Was seriously deteriorated. Kudos to the restorer.”

“I was so pleased with the final restoration of my great-grandmother's photograph. This was the only known copy of the photo, which shows my great-grandmother as a young woman in a snowstorm The photo had been badly damaged by water. MemoryCherish was able to provide me with an excellent restoration of this very special photo.”

“I had a 52 -year- old polaroid take in the Saigon Zoo. The glare from the sun made it hard to tell who the people were in the picture. They communicated with me about sending more pictures so they could fix this particular picture. In a few days, it was perfect. This was the second picture they improved for me. I highly recommend this company.”

“I submitted a very old blurry photo to MemoryCherish with low expectations because the photo was not clear at all. I was so very amazed at the result! The restoration is quite clear, we can see the face and the surroundings. I am extremely happy with the result! The service was quick and very efficient. The process online was easy. I uploaded my photo and in a few days, the result was emailed with the attachment. I am more than pleased with my photo. Thanks very much.”
