“Paid next day delivery well before the cut off time and I am still waiting day 6 of waiting, the first things if I had the heads up they were going to be useing Evri I would have gone somewhere else. I have sent email after email to both service and know one is getting back to me. If I walked out of a shop without paying they would have something to say but why can the shops take your money and not stick to what you have paid for. In my books both acts are steeling”

“Went into the Cardiff city store, only me in store and 2 male members of staff, far to busy chatting to each other, to even acknowledge I was waiting to speak to them about a product ,I was thinking of buying, eventually they stopped talking and one of the blokes came over to answer my question and before I could answer he walked off back to his mate , was then given a scratch card for guaranteed win, and like everyone else said, it’s a con. Will not go back to that store again”

“Made a purchase today. I was given a scratch and win card with my receipt and told this is for money off my next purchase. It does not work and is a total con. Surely the staff should know what they are handing out to customers! Very poor indeed”

“Strange way to promote a business. Made a purchase, in our case we were happy with it. Then we were given a scratchcard that doesn't work so we leave a poor review. Anyone would think it's just a ploy to get your email address.”

“Like a number of other people when I entered the number on my scratch card (Everyone’s a winner) it came back with not valid or already redeemed. It seems like so many other people that this was very misleading.I was given this card to entice me into the new Hereford store. Why do they bother with these scratch cards as a company if all they do is alienate potential customers. Very disappointed, is this indicative of their trading practices in general?”

“My review is for the scratch card i was given when i purchased my item at a store. When i tried to enter my 'unique number' on menkind's website it said it 'wasnt valid or had been redeemed'. I used to work in retail and know what this means - the stores staff have been using all the valid codes for themselves and knowingly giving customers the dud cards. I'll not only be reporting the store concerned to the company managers but this may even be a matter for the police.”

“Placed an order (166427) for an rc car for my daughters Christmas present, didn’t receive it, I contacted menkind to chase it who promptly replied with a proof of delivery and suggested I check with my neighbours. I told them I hadn’t approved any safe place, hadn’t received a card letting me know which neighbour it was left with, and the proof of delivery photo didn’t even show a door number. Have had no response since and their number - 0333 240 5733 - never connects to anyone (just rings out and goes to voicemail) so will likely have to go to trading standards, will definitely avoid using this company going forward. I will also be contacting the police as a neighbour stealing my parcel is obviously a crime, hopefully MenKind will be more enthusiastic with them to find my order. As it stands though, the law says MenKind is responsible for refunding or (ideally) replacing the lost item I purchased since I never authorised any safe place nor was the parcel handed to anyone on my property. To add insult to injury they responded within 9 minutes to my negative trustpilot review within 9minutes of it being published, claiming to be sorry and to have gotten in touch with me, but as of now (10 hours later) no contact has been made, I guess it was for appearances only. Shameless”
