“STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DELIVERY OF 2 PARCELS TO DATE - YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY RAMS SHOULD BE "FIRED" THEY ARE USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST - NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE I HAVE PHONED THE PORT ELIZABETH BRANCH ON 4 OCASSIONS - ONE ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND 3 TIMES THIS MORNING - I AM LIVID TO SAY THE LEAST - WHO IS THE OWNER/DIRECTOR OF THIS USELESS ORGANISATION - HELL SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THEIR "BUTTS" KICKED THE DRIVERS DRIVE LIKE HELL ( IN FACT MANY DRIVE BADLY AND STILL WE DO NOT RECEIVE OUR PARCELS ON TIME!!!!!!!) ASK RAMS TO REFUND MY 2 AMOUNTS OF R99.00 AS I COULD HAVE PAID A LITTLE MORE AND GOT A DECENT OVERNIGHT COMPANY TO DELIVER IT TO ME ON TIME !!!!!!! - CLEARLY A TOTALLY DISATISFIED CLIENT - SERVICE LEVEL "0" DUE TO NON-DELIVERY OF 2 PARCELS !!!!!”

“I paid over R3k for my order of 3 pairs of shoes and received them al thrown together in one box!!? This was also purchased as a gift and how am I suppose to give this to someone else without having the original boxes it is suppose to come in. I have never experienced something like this in my entire life and I have done some extensive online shopping. It is dodgy to say the least, I can’t understand there is no reason it excuse for this!”

Sir, please note as advised by customer service- the shoe is received was the correct size as ordered in the UK. You required the US 13 which is the UK 12. We have arranged collection and will send you the size you want. Thank you.

“Delivery still not arrived. They say no one answered at the door even though I was here all day because I work from home. Then the next day they said it would be delivered and someone called that morning to say it would be delivered but when I called that afternoon they said it wasn't out on delivery. Then the following day someone called me in the morning at 6:30am to say it was going to be delivered and they wanted to make sure it came. Still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous and I need my shoes. And now it is weekend and they probably don't deliver on the weekends. You should really consider changing courier services because this is pathetic.”
