i ordered the 2nd and i am yet to get the delivery. I will be able to comment on quality n stuff , once i receive the package. I just want to commend your promptness in responding to enquires on your website chat bot.

First experience was sending an email enquiry to ask when a specific size of slop would be in stock, I got no response from anyone. Second experience was a few weeks later when I selected sizes and colours of slops then placed my order as it looked like stock had come in. I then got an email to say there was not enough stock of the one size and offered a credit. I had to ask when that size would come into stock so that I could wait but was told "I don't know" with no effort to find this out or offer a better solution, I had to ask and lead the sales person into solving the problem, so eventually had to ask if I can wait for the stock to arrive and if the other pairs could be sent in the meantime, she agreed which I was pleased with. This is a solution I would have expected your sales person to suggest instead of giving the impression that she couldn't do anything about it. I have now received four of the five pairs ordered BUT they are all too small. We have been buying this specific slop for many years from places like Shoe City and have always bought the same sizes as ordered here, for much cheaper as well, however I have not been able to find them in PE this year, hence ordering from you. These sizes are quite a bit smaller than expected and what we are used to and they do not fit any of us so I will need to ask for them to be replaced with bigger sizes. I did see that returns and exchanges are not charged for so I will now see if this is the case.

Hi Beverly My name is Carolina, I was in correspondence with you regarding your order. I'm sorry that your first experience has not been a good one. We look forward to assisting you best we can in the future. Whilst placing an order you are required to select a size and quantity you require - under quantity is reflects how many pairs are available. When you placed your order there was only one pair in the blue Suffer Joe size 9, however you added the item twice to your cart(which the website allows). When your order was received, I emailed you informing you that there is only one pair of the blue suffer Joe available and offered you either to take an alternative item or a refund for that pair and that I will dispatch the other 4 pairs on order. You asked about future deliveries and I informed you that we do have stock coming in however we do not have an estimated date as to when that will be delivered. The 5th pair has been dispatched yesterday, once you have received that pair, we will then arranged collection for all 5 pairs and send you bigger sizes. Have a great day. Thanks.

why is it so hard to find xtra wide shoes for men in south Africa , 4e wide to be specific there hundreds of other shoes but not 4 e wides from size 14 to 16 tennies shoes sandals shoes like merreal

I am happy with the range of shoes. My only problem was navigating the website. One is unable to make changes. To add or delete items you have to start all over.

You guys could improve on courier services, the website has the store listed in cape Town but the package was sent from Durban, that I don't understand

The purchase was an ease and delivery lead time excellent but I found slight defects on the right boot.

Happy with shoes, very angry at the fact that what I ordered (available on website) then wasn't available and it was going back and forth for a week with a less than enthusiastic consultant and ended up having to just take the one product off the order. I still haven't received proof of refund for the one.

Hi Sir Trust you are well. With regards to your order, originally there was a system error which reflected the size 15 online  - however there was no stock.I did inform you that there was a December order we were awaiting, however when stock arrived the size 14's and 15's were not in that batch as they were still in production - as per supplier( we were only informed of this on the day stock arrived). Proof of refund was emailed to you on 16 Jan 2020 @ 9.07am - please check your mails, If not received I can forward this to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks.

It was acceptable...one left shoe was faulty (maybe factory fault), which I had to fix myself but nonetheless the service was fast...

I have ordered a product from your website and selected "relaxed fit" as we could not buy such an item at our local shoe store. When the delivery was received (within a day!) it was "classic fit"??? The product was collected yesterday and your employee, Carolina Naidoo, suggest another style. She confirmed that is in fact "relaxed fit" although your website display it as "classic fit"??? I have paid the extra money yesterday and now await delivery and whether this product is in fact "relaxed fit" still needs to be proved!! The short and the long is - it would seems everything is running smoothly apart from you website - please attend!!!!!

4 star for ordering process, but 3 star for order detail. It would be better to have much more order detail during ordering. Quick reference to the pictures of the ordered items, etc.

I loved the service of Mens Shoe centre. The product was as described. The 3 out of 5 is for using the Ram Courier service. I had nothing but trouble with Ram. Had to contact them numerous time to track my package and get the driver to deliver my package.

We had problems with the paygate and paying by credit card...eventually we used PayPal. Other than that we are very happy to find those size shoes that look good

Shoes not received in original carton. No soft packaging in box to protect shoes whilst in transit. Each shoe should be wrapped separately and then put back into original box. Courier company took 3 days to deliver. Was promised delivery within 2 days One shoe had been tried on before as there were scuff marks on the sole.

Your service quality is quite acceptable however, the only disappoint comes from Currier that delivers orders. I have paid for my order on Tuesday night and my order was dispatched on time the following day which was Wednesday. From that day till Sunday, the order has not been delivered to me. For the future, I recommend that you use DHL for delivering my order as I have been using it all the time and its service is quite execllent.

Only received 1 of the 4 items ordered at this time. Needed them all today. Men's Shoes were fast to sent them but they are stuck at the couriers over the weekend although tracking info show they arrived in Pretoria midday on Friday.
