“I had a really positive experience using Meowtel. My cat sitter met with me ahead of my requested dates to pick up keys, meet the kitties and learn their routine, and gave daily updates on her visits. Sign up process was easy, and insurance offered gave me peace of mind. I will definitely use them again!”

“Crystal was excellent and an animal lover by heart. We were flexible on feeding times, so she arrived at a decent time and made sure the responsibilities were taken care of in a timely manner. We look forward to requesting Crystal again, if need be. We have been with Meowtel for several years now and like the direction the company is going with all the improvements implemented so far. Keep up the good job of providing excellent pet care when people are away from their home. Great service to the pet community!”

“We have used Meowtel many times over the last couple of years for our two cats. They were only about 4 months old the first time so we really feel like Rebecca knows them about as well as we do. It is like having a family friend who can watch the cats but even better because I don’t feel guilty for asking. Meowtel is a wonderful company and I don’t know what we would do without them.”

“We have two cats and were finally going to be having a proper vacation. We needed to find someone to come in and feed the cats twice a day. I asked at my vet clinic and they didn't have any advice on cat sitters. So I went to the internet. I found Meowtel and another site. My husband and I looked at online reviews and Meowtel had the best overall reviews. I entered the need and they listed 6 sitters that were in our area and available to the dates we needed. After reviewing the profiles, reading the sitters reviews, we selected a sitter. Barbara accepted and scheduled a hello visit. Barbara was so professional and you can tell she is amazing with cats. During our vacation my male cat would follow her everywhere, she sent photos and emails about how the cats were doing.Our female cat tends to be more off standish and she even got close to Barbara. The whole experience left me so comfortable to be able to go on vacation and not worry about the house or our fur kids.”

“We were going on a trip for 4 days & we were worried about who was going to care for our Fur-babbies. We chose Jessica as our cat sitter. The meet & greet was an integral part in the decision making process. We exchanged information, showed her around our home & discussed our expectations. She surely delivered on ever one of them & more. We strongly recommend you try out Meowtel for your pet sitter needs instead of locking up your kitties in a strange place.”

“I’ve been using meowtel for the last year and a half using four different sitters and have had no issues scheduling, rescheduling or having things refunded. I’ve had really good luck with two of the sitters being extremely competent and now use them long term. A valuable service, I hope they continue to do well.”

“Finally a service I can trust and not worry about my fur baby when having to travel. We have found a great pal for our cat when we have business trips or getaways. She sends updates with photos and videos and makes sure the little guy is well taken care of!”

“I really appreciate this service! It can be so difficult to find a good cat sitter, and Meowtel makes it easy. The website is easy to use and navigate, and if you need to call, customer service is top notch. I appreciate that the sitters are all vetted and insured, it allows me to have a level of trust that I’ve not felt in a pet sitting service before. My husband and I moved to a new home recently and were struggling to find a new sitter for our cats. We’re thrilled with our experience with Meowtel so far and will continue to book when we need it!”
