“Our cat sitter, Eryn, was a delight to leave Cooper with. She immediately projected confidence in herself and a real willingness to spend time with our cat. For the first time in going away, I did not feel anxiety in leaving him alone. The only thing I felt was a little out of our reach was the price, but peace of mind cannot be bought.”

“The app seems to be limited in some of its functionality, especially in the messaging portion of the app. This could be expanded to have better communication with the pet sitters, it often doesnt load videos and is slow.”

“We’ve used Meowtel twice now, with varying levels of satisfaction. The first sitter was sporadic and didn’t end up working out for us, so we found another sitter that is much more professional and the right match for our older cat. I’m giving 4 stars because of the inconsistency between sitters, but also because Meowtel was very proactive in refunding for a day when the original sitter didn’t show up, and helping to find another sitter that fit our needs better. Overall I recommend over other services that focus more on dog sitting.”

“We’ve had great experiences with Meowtel because our cat hates (an understatement) being boarded elsewhere. I would appreciate if it was easier to book the same cat sitter rather than going back to our old reservations and finding her there. It would also be helpful to have the pet’s info stored online rather than having to complete it each time.”

“My sitter came as scheduled and actually made an extra trip to check my cats when there was a small earthquake in the area. I had to ask her to text me when she fed the cats and just let me know how things went, which she did.”

“The service is great and well priced but the website is poorly designed and must be returned to every time you receive a message or notification. Lucinda the cat sitter was outstanding and I highly recommend.”
