“Rowell worked great for us while we were out of the country. Our sister communicated well with us before left, came to meet our kitty’s and kept in touch while we were away. She carried out all the tasks as we had asked her too and handled our alarm system with no problem. Great experience!”

“I use Meowtel both as a cat parent and as a sitter. It is great from both sides! As a cat parent, I was able to find a sitter who is reliable, communicative, and truly loving to our three kitties. I get daily photos, video and updates. It gives me such peace of mind when I’m away from home! As a sitter, I love how easy it is for clients to find me, schedule visits, and make payments. The app is easy to use and syncs well with my calendar. I’m a big Meowtel fan!”

“We used Meowtel for a two week long trip far away from home and since this was our first time using a service outside friends and neighbors, we were a bit nervous. As soon as our sitter arrived that all went away. We immediately felt we could trust her with our three cats Shelby, Jack and Jill, AND our home. Everything went perfectly! She sent us photos and updates while we were away, which made us feel at ease. The whole process of the hiring, payment, etc went very smoothly. We will not hesitate to hire Meowtel again and we will! We highly recommend them and thank them as well!”

“Thank you Meowtel. I was a day away from going on my long anticipated vacay. My original reserved sitter did a no show on the meet and greet. Imagine my stress. Thankfully Meowtel found me a back up sitter at the last minute. My sitter did such a wonderful job: cleaning the litter boxes and sitting with my kitties. Now I have a reliable sitter and can breathe a sigh of relief to know my valuable kitties are safe!”

“We just had our first experience with Meowtel and were very pleased. Our cats were fine when we got home and we have nothing negative to report. The prices are good and our cats prefer staying at home instead of going to a boarding place. We look forward to another one next month with the same sitter.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Megan! My cat, Sweetie, is extremely shy. She was rehomed, and I had only had her for about six weeks when I needed to leave for a two-week trip. I was very nervous about leaving her for that long, but Megan completely put my mind at ease. Megan’s profile says she is a “shy cat specialist,” and that is absolutely true! In the beginning, it was difficult to even get Sweetie to come out of the closet. Within just a couple of days, Megan was sending me photos of Sweetie rolling around on the floor, playing with a catnip toy Megan had brought for her, and even watching cat TV! Megan’s communication was exceptional. She sent me multiple photos and updates every day, and I looked forward to them so much. Seeing Sweetie becoming more comfortable, playful, and trusting gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Megan even went above and beyond by making an extra trip to my home to bring in a package that had been delivered. The best part was coming home after two weeks and seeing Sweetie happy, playful, and running around the house. It was obvious that she had not only been well cared for, but had also been given lots of love and attention while I was gone. Megan exceeded my expectations in every way. I am incredibly grateful for the care she gave Sweetie and would absolutely trust her with Sweetie again. I highly recommend Megan, especially to anyone with a shy or timid cat!”
