“Excellent service and I refer many friends. We have a testy, 17.5 year old cat, and our meowtel sitter is very good to her. We've had her for 4 outings and hope we will be able to hire her for many more.”

“I'm glad I found this app when I did. At the time, I had an elderly cat that needed special care and I didn't think I could leave her for any length of time, but I found a cat sitter on Meowtel who took great care of her while we were away. Since then, we adopted kittens, and once again, our cat sitter took great care of them while we were away. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my fur kids are in good hands.”

“I am so grateful Meowtel exists. I live in multiple cities and states and in each place Meowtel has a strong presence which has enabled me to interview several cat sitters in each city and find the best person for me and most importantly for my cat. I love the insurance provided (mandatory), the quality of cat sitters that make it through their screening process, and their involvement of a local vet in your pet profile setup. Every policy they have encourages responsible cat ownership. I would ask that Meowtel lets us maintain multiple vets on file, since l have homes in different cities I have a different cat-only vet for each home. Two of my cat sitters do cat sitting full time with Meowtel (Incredible for them!).”

Recently, I experienced a situation that truly exemplified the exceptional support Meowtel offers for both cat parents and us sitters. “We found and met a fabulous cat sitter through the Meowtel site. Felt great about process of hiring her for the job of caring for our fur baby. Unfortunately for us, he became Symptomatic of some underlying health issue and right before our trip to leave him with our new “cat whisperer”, we made the difficult decision to cancel trip and stay home with him until he stabilized, and we had more information about his care - also so we wouldn’t worry while we were gone or inconvenience our new sitter. She and Meowtel were so thoughtful during this stressful time - we so appreciate the kindness they showed for our pet and us due to the ill-timed crisis (is there ever a good time for one?!). We will be sharing our experience with friends and neighbors needing pet care to use this reliable business and their caregivers - and hope to be back to hiring someone for a healthier cat in the very near future!”
