“I was a little reluctant to use a cat sitting service because normally I have close family and friends come check in on my babies, but that is no longer an option. I needed someone reliable, trust worthy and loved kitties. I did some research and found Meowtel and gave it try. My sitter had all 5 star reviews and several reoccurring clients. Her background showed me she was perfect for the job so I was happy to hire her. She sent me daily check-ins with pictures and videos of my kitties. I came home to happy kitties, clean boxes, and my house in the state I left it in. I will definitely be using Meowtel again in the future.”

“Love the cat sitter that I booked through the service, very professional and obviously loves cats. She asked very good questions about their preferences and routines, sent me photos every day. It gave me peace of mind that I could electronically file my vet’s contact information (and authorize expenses up to an amount I set) in case of a medical emergency.”

“Well right from the start of making our reservation was great. I was having a little trouble booking the reservation, so I had called outside of business hours. I received a call back in 5 minutes, which I did not expect. Aleah sent 6-10 pictures a day of her playing with our cats. We also had to ask her to move our car to a different location, because of a last minute request. Great experience from start to finish!!!”

“Meowtel is a well composed app matching highly competent cat sitters with pet parents. I have found the company’s setup to be professional and focused on each cat. The cat sitters are trustworthy and experienced. My cats don’t handle changes in routine or strangers well, but I never worried with Kristen taking care of them.”

“Meowtel is hands-down the best all-in-one app I’ve found, and I use it from both sides—as a cat sitter and as a cat parent. As a sitter, the platform makes running my business effortless. The calendar feature lets me set my availability and fees clearly, meet-and-greet scheduling is built right in, and I love being able to chat with pet parents, share photos and videos, and get paid all in one place. No juggling multiple tools. As a cat parent, the experience is just as great. Being able to browse and reserve a sitter, pay securely, and download all the images and videos of my pets right within the app is wonderful. The accountability is fantastic—I always know my cats are in good hands and I have the updates to prove it. Whether you’re a pet parent searching for a trustworthy sitter or a sitter looking to manage your entire business in one place, Meowtel delivers. Highly recommend!”

“This is our second summer using Meowtel. Their customer service is a "10". We pay for 45 minute visits; the time of day is our choice; the cost is reasonable; and my sitter sends me pictures and updates daily. My sitter waters my plants as requested and follows my care instructions. I've been extremely happy with both cat sitters I've used. They are true cat lovers and enjoy instigating play and giving special attention.”
