“We have used Meowtel several times to procure a cat sitter when we’re going out of town and it’s been great! Everyone has been professional and the app is easy to use. There are some logistical things when making appointments that are annoying, but otherwise it is perfect for what we use it for.”

“10/10 would recommend. My brother loves my cat, and he's close, but if I ever need someone to hang with him and he's unavailable, I will 100% be utilizing your service again. Preferably Rachel, she wad great and my Monkey boy loved her. He was adorably happy I got home, but he was in a great mood and really seemed like he had fun while I was away. No signs of distress or loneliness at all!”

“Because of the pet sitters kindness I was refunded the money for the visit I was forced to cancel due to illness. Meowtel has a no cancellation policy if you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation begins but my pet sitter was kind enough to vouch for my situation and I was credited the full amount. As a brand new customer I really do appreciate their willingness to work with me despite their policy.”

“In our experience, Meowtel recruits dependable cat-sitters who really love cats. Most importantly, the cat sitters we have used have been very dependable, which is super important when you are away from home. They have communicated daily with us and made sure we were always in the know about our cats. Furthermore, the cat sitters are great with our cats. They are caring, play with them, and give them the needed attention. One of our cats is pretty shy, but he loves the Meaowtel cat sitters. Last, the cat sitters have been very respectful of our home and have always carefully followed our instructions. We have been using them for a few years now, and it has always been a great experience. It also makes us feel better when you use a company that has multiple backup options in case the cat sitter you booked can not come to your house due to an emergency or sickness.”

“The sitter I booked through Meowtel in Eugene, Oregon (Kat) was wonderful and treated my elderly kitty to the best of care. I am very pleased with the service we received and will be booking her again next time I have to travel.”

“Candace took such good care of my kitty while I was away and made me feel at ease leaving my cat at home. I didn’t have to take her to a kennel and she could stay in her own space. Candace sent me videos, pictures, and texts letting me know exactly how she was doing. This gave me such comfort when I couldn’t be there. We kept in communication the entire time on the app, and she was always available to me in case I needed to tell her something. I am certainly glad Meowtel referred her to me! I couldn’t be more satisfied!! Thank you Meowtel!”

“We had a cat that suffered from separation anxiety when we went on vacations. Because of Meowtel and Susan, no longer. She is truly a " cat whisperer", and they love being with her. Wish we had found her sooner.”
