Awesome cat sitting, however Wasn't expecting to pay holiday rates for days that were not even holidays. We were charged holiday rates for each and every day, 7 days, which included 12/24 and 12/25, obviously those are recognized holidays, but the other 5 days were not holidays (12/23, 12/26, 12/27, 12/28, 12/29).

In terms of the Holiday Surcharge, our sitters have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which you can find on their profiles in the pricing section. If your reservation's dates occur anytime 3 days prior to a federal holiday, on a federal holiday, or 3 days after a federal holiday, you will see a holiday surcharge added on to your reservation. I loved my cat sitter! He was great but I was disappointed that I was unable to get a refund. Had booked for four days and it ended up getting quite sick and couldn’t go to Thanksgiving and so only only used two days. Otherwise great service.

Love the service, love our regular cat sitter. Only thing i would say is that I am not likely to use the service on week long trips bc it is pricey. I would rather have a friend help out. Maybe offer more deals or a deal if you need the service for more than 5 days? just thoughts...
