“The service is great and well priced but the website is poorly designed and must be returned to every time you receive a message or notification. Lucinda the cat sitter was outstanding and I highly recommend.”

“We have used Meowtel many times over the last couple of years for our two cats. They were only about 4 months old the first time so we really feel like Rebecca knows them about as well as we do. It is like having a family friend who can watch the cats but even better because I don’t feel guilty for asking. Meowtel is a wonderful company and I don’t know what we would do without them.”

“An excellent service from start to finish. I was really hesitant to use a company like this but Meowtel and Lucinda (the sitter we chose) provided an incredible experience. The daily updates and pictures we received were great and Lucinda clearly knew our cat very well in just a matter of days. I will definitely be using Lucinda and Meowtel again. It’s a big deal trusting someone to look after your pet and come into your home, but I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.”

“We had a great experience. Our sitter met with us prior to the engagement and kept in touch. We were totally satisfied with the sitter and the service. Our cats were well cared for and we were relieved to be able to have a vacation during which we didn’t have to worry about the care of our girls.”

“Rachel was spectacular! We met with her several days before our planned travel to make sure she got to meet the cats and see their food needs and issues, and we never looked back. She sent us text message photo updates each day, and genuinely seemed to enjoy spending time with our cats as much as we do! Leaving our babies is always a stressful situation, but Rachel put us completely at eas. We will definitely be requesting Rachel going forward for all of our cat-sitting needs...”

“We had a great experience using Meowtel for the first time this Christmas. We now have a friendly, professional, reliable pet sitter - whom we know we'll use again and again. We had no trouble using the Meowtel site to make and adjust our reservation as our travel plans evolved. We are so happy to no longer depend on cashing in favors from friends when we are away from home. What a relief!”

“Sarah Jean was reliable, friendly, communicative during our trip, and she even got our stand-off-ish orange tabby to chat & let her pet him! That's something our neighbor-sitter never accomplished during our 3 earlier trips!”

“I recently arranged for a local cat sitter through Meowtel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good number of local sitters available, even over the busy week of Thanksgiving. I found a sitter with an extremely reasonable daily rate. We got together before the sitting to meet the cats and discuss feeding / preferences, etc... During the week of the sitting, the sitter, Charlotte was excellent about providing pictures and daily updates. I had no doubt that the cats were being well taken care of. I will definitely be using Charlotte and Meowtel in the future.”

“Elisabeth is the absolute best! She cares about your animals and treats them like family. This was our fist time using a service like this, so we are extremely happy we found her! Especially appreciate the daily updates and videos! I would recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.”
