“Don't bother submitting for a profile. I'm a cat expert with glowing reviews from clients and I was rejected with no explanation, and then told I can re-submit after an entire year. My confidence in this company went down to a 1 after that, because if a cat mom of a healthy & active 15 year old cat with no criminal history, perfect driving record, extremely satisfied clients isn't qualified to sit for this company, than I can't imagine who's running this operation. You'd be better off using a service like "Petbacker" or even Rover over this poorly managed start up. I won't even consider booking a cat sitter from here for my own cat, and I will be discouraging any cat parents I know from this shabby start up.”

Meow there, Tabitha Knight! We’re sorry that you weren’t selected to join our sitter community. Expressing your dissatisfaction with our decision across multiple review sites including Yelp, Reviews.io, and Trustpilot reinforces why we have our thorough vetting process in place to begin with. As we mention on our website, we accept less than 10% of our applicants and our vetting process takes many factors into account which we outlined for you in our email. Not all sitters are a purrfect fit for every platform, and we wish you all the best with your future cat endeavors!

“Bridget was so reliable! I was so happy with the service, and her ability to deal with problems as they came up (ants in the kitchen). I got pictures every day, and assurance that my babies were cared for.”

“Meowtel has been a game-changer for arranging cat care when we have to be out of town. Every single person whose services we've hired has been great to work with; and some have been truly fantastic.”

“I am always nervous about asking for help with my 4 kitties when I leave town, as one is special needs and has to have medication administered daily. Asking friend and family to do 1 day is fine, but if I am out of town for longer I used to worry. I began using Meowtel at the recommendation of a friend last summer and have exclusively used this service since! I have much more peace of mind knowing my girls are taken care of and never worry because my cat sitter communicates and sends photos so I know they are well.”

“We are happy with the services and have always found caring and good sitters for our fur baby. We seldom leave him alone because he gets very lonely, but occasionally have to leave out of state. All the sitters were great and sent daily updates, videos and text messages each day putting us at ease. Boxes were cleaned and our cat was well cared for.”

“I am so happy to have found this wonderful service. Girija is so good to my guy Slugo. She spends time with him and sends me daily visit updates. I feel guilty leaving him alone and she really does an excellent job and make me feel good. Dina”
