I received my order but I only got the shirt and not the vinyl. They quickly respond and assured me that my vinyl is on its way. I didn't know it was shipped from another location. Thank you for looking into my request. I'll wait and update my review as soon as I receive my vinyl.

Honestly, not the worst. I got a Julien Baker vinyl and got it before one I ordered two days earlier from an actual label. They even were incredible with canceling an order I had placed accidentally while checking the validity of a promo code I had. What a lot of these reviewers that are giving them a bad review fail to understand is that they buy from the labels and resell. If the labels’s disturbers run out, that puts your order in back order. Granted, the ones that didn’t receive their stuff at all and not receiving a refund baffle me. My accidental purchase happened a little over a week ago (I’m writing this in the 15th of November) and they took care of it with the label within 24 hours.

I just ordered 5 vinyls within the past few days. Im reading these and all I can think is how impatient some of you are. I can understand the ones who waited for months, but the people who are complaining about having to wait two weeks. Get over it. I ordered a custom item off Etsy back in December, and then in June the person cancelled on me after about seven months. So all of you guys need to calm down because I can tell some of you haven't had it that bad. Anyway we’ll have to see if my records end up coming. By that time ill probably have forgotten that I wrote all of this, but it will be here on the web for eternity.

This company has a lot of negative feedback. I feel like some of it is deserved and some of it is just frustration with their shipping practices. I ordered a product on them on 12/12 stating it would be delivered before Christmas. Christmas came and went and the package was still MIA. After contacting customer service, I have informed the item the item was in fact a pre-order item and would ship in late January. This information was correct and I received the item quickly after the item actually shipped. I think MerchBar is a good brand that needs to be more open about their products. Customer service could be better; however, I was able to get in touch with someone fairly easily. Not a scam company from my experience, maybe just a company that is slowly growing.

Have used them twice.Myfirst order of a CD I had no problems. My second order of a CD which was available on the 30th August hasn’t been sent yet.They tell me they are trying to contact warehouse.Dont know if I should cancel.
