“I've bought two meter box locks at different times from Meter Boxes Direct, and on both occasions my emails were answered very promptly, with just the information I needed to enable me to make the correct purchase. “Ordered a replacement door for a very old meter box. It was despatched immediately and arrived next day. Measured up very carefully (particularly the hinge lugs and distance from edge of door) as ones on other sites not quite right despite overall door size being correct. Fitted simply and perfectly.”

“Bought hinge pins. They are meant to be a force fit to the holes in the door. One was but I had to glue in the other. Likely the hole was worn when the original pin was torn out. Repair has survived yesterday's gale so I am perfectly happy.”
