Look, the wrong product has been shipped to me, the delivery paper work has the correct part number but the box is different and much smaller than I need. I have raised this by email to onlinesales@ 4 days ago but have yet to receive response.

Ordered a meter box door and the door arrived in the completely wrong size. No customer services or website help. I had to call Ireland for them to give me a Uk number. The man made no apology for sending the wrong item and told me to wait for another to arrive- still waiting

Very long wait, only for the fitter to tell us he could n't register the app and info box. five week wait for that to work. very poor communication from the fitter, waited all morning ( due at 9 am) he rang at 12 noon to say he would be late, eventually turned up at 1.30. Just lazy comms.

The wooden backing in the box came away when the fixing screws along with the threads detached. A very weak fixing that meant I had to drill through the back of the box into the wall then silicon sea the top.

Cost of a replacement door was very high and when it arrived I had to saw odd a bit of the bottom hinge to get it to fit the 'Standard' Gas meter box

The meter box was slightly damaged on receipt and missing one of the lugs. The company were very helpful in offering an immediate replacement.

The box arrived split along the seam as if it wasn't manufactured correctly. The latch hole wasn't cut. The overall outside finish was 3/10. That said collection and communications have resulted in two stars not one.

I asked a question & had an answer the next day, great. Placed my order & delivery was on Wendsday the 24th. Where this company failed is their choice of carrier. To date, l still do not have the meter box l ordered! Delivery may now be Wednesday the 1st of December.

Hi, box came whilst I was away and my wife place the delivery in the garage. I’ve just opened the box tonight but sadly there is a crack in the in the top of the frame. Please advise how I can get a replacement as I have a sparkie booked for Friday.

The service is fine and everything you could expect. However the replacement latch for my electric meter box was a sloppy fit, allowing it to open and fly about in the breeze, which is why I wanted to fit a new one as it was no better than the one that failed after 38 years. In the end I made my own latch from an old coachbolt which is adjustable with a locknut and takes up the slack and tightens it all up. To be fair to meter boxes direct I'd previously bought a different replacement latch from a different company which was the same, i.e. a sloppy fit.

The corner of the box was broken when received . Emailed meterbox , but no response . Ended up using the box with a broken corner

I am not happy with the description of meter box doors. It stated hinges were included, but on receipt of my order I found just hinge pins as part of the door moulding. This was of no use to me as my box does not have the corresponding fixing. I have had to return the door at the expense of £16 for postage. I would like that amount refunded as well as the cost of the door itself.
