One gust of wind and hinges have snapped now making door unusable the hatch lever barely reached out so didn’t hold door closed

Meter box arrived damaged and when they were asked to express courier a replacement due to the electricity board coming to connect the new services and without the box it's not possible they said they couldn't. They are happy to take your money quick enough though.

Purchased an overbox which was damaged on arrival, phoned customer service who were very helpful and said they would replace which duly arrived a couple of days later, again this was not perfect, scuffed meter door, to be honest looked a 2nd, so between the 2 deliveries we managed to make a half decent 1st ……… not great, not want to complain but nearly £100!!! for substandard products!!!!

Item arrived damaged or had a maufactuting fault - sent a message to confrim and request a refund. left it a week but had no reply from MBD so informed paypay to chase the return and refund requested.

I have tried sending the item I ordered back, have received no refund and no correspondence whatsoever. Would not recommend.

The item arrived broken/lactic cracked and was left by the courier outside in the rain at the side of the house without a card through the door so the box disintegrated and difficult to return. No teaching information received either.

Ordered a gas meter box 14/12/23, recieved an email to say it had been shipped as at 21/12/23 not been received. Emailed @ 15.31 on 20/12/23 to enquire when due for delivery as expected it by 20/12/23, 4 working days after order no reply as yet.

Ordered a box online with promise of 2-3 days delivery. 1 week later and still no box? phone line constantly engaged when trying to contact. no courier details on the email despatch confirmation. if ever receive the product wont use them again.

The door I received from you was very poor quality with a crack in the corner and chipped areas all only noticed once I had fitted the item and now I cannot remove it Iv sent you an email but not had a reply yet
