“Ordering was easy; knowing if and when I'll get my box, not very easy! I'm awaiting news from your office as no delivery date was given with the order confirmation and delivery is time critical! I have not received the product yet.”

“Disappointed with the inish on both doors , there were light scratches on both and I was expecting a much better finish.”

“Privem order procvess and delivery were easy and effective, however when the box arrived it was not in the best condition. It looked new and unused, but must have been a return as it was marked up and the corner and other areas had abrasions. I kept it as the defects were only aesthetic and it was for a garage, but really this should not have been sent out.”

“Meter Box arrived damaged although box looked undamaged. Had good response from MB after sending photos of damage to replace. unfortunately arrival was due after we needed it for electric supply installation. Immediate offer of refund which was accepted.”

“I received two doors but each door had a hairline crack in the corner of the outer frame it seems possibly delivery damage may have been dropped in transit they were quite loose in the box not much padding around them otherwise they are well made and finished. Just needed careful handling to get them fitted and glued on the wall because of the crack.”

“Your postal charge is taking the p***. Your website is difficult to get to the checkout due to the shipping. It freezes and won’t let you proceed and then suddenly the button goes solid red to proceed.took a few attempts to order what I needed.”

“Quick dispatch but the spindle is too short for our meter box so the key can’t get a proper grip on it, therefore not as universal as I was hoping.”

“Delivered promptly and Customer Service has been prompt to reply to me. However, National Power Networks are refusing to connect into the box because they say that the depth dimension is too small and should be a minimum of 210mm. As a consequence I am now facing cancellation fees and considerable expense. Very frustrating given that I ordered a standard 3-phase meter box”

“Good to have a manufacturer making replacement meter doors. That's said, doors didn't fit that well and required some adjustments, the finish was rough in areas , with some bits needing filing down. Would probably look alright if sanded down, primed and painted.”

“The meter box arrived in good time 10/10. The sate of the box when unpacked was a bit grimy and scratched. Had a bit of a returned goods feel about it ? Good instructions. Improvement wound be a supply of bolts and screws”

“You delivered package intended for another customer to me and he in turn received mine. Following contact with Maggie appropriate Items we ordered were despatched with minimum delay and wrong items collected. My initial delivery had my address but invoice for other customer. Hardly efficient and costly to you. Pleased with product.”
