I ordered meter box repair kit on the 27th. April. The next day I received an email to say item has been shipped. Today 6th. May I have still not received the item.

£15 delivery charge????? I will agree it was a fast delivery though. Door was scratched a lot its only because its for outside and nobody looks at it that didnt see the point of returning it! Its a shocking amount of money £40 for a plastic door for a meter box regardless

I received what appears to be a second hand broken universal meter box they tried to pass off as new. The box it came in was undamaged The left hand hinge looks like it was cut and was also broken anyway, scuff marks over it and appears to have been outside due to staining. 3 of the breakouts were missing See photos I would not use this company.

Placed order online, showing stock available waited 2-3 days before chasing up my order only to be told they are out of stock and would not be coming into them for another week. Did keep the order waiting as i needed the items.

Sadly, my review will rate this company as providing extremely poor customer service. I ordered a door latch on the 1st July, which still hasn't arrived. Money was taken instantly from account. Four days later I emailed the company to let them know, there has been no response to date. I tried to ring them and over the last two days have made 49 attempts to get in touch. All I get is an engaged signal.

Advertised as a grey gas meter cover not white-spoke to a rude incompetent woman on the phone who said I had to return it to receive a refund but I had to pay the postage!! Was told they only sold white but all pics on their website showed dark grey-sort your cheap outdated website out!!! What an absolute joke they are falsely advertising items in their website it is ridiculous, colours are completely wrong, I would 100% stay away from ordering anything from this ridiculously rude stuck up staff with a complete non-existant customer service so called company!!!! Fuming is an understatement, absolutely disgusting feedback from a so called excellent customer service company. STAY AWAY

The Meter Box is indeed white and not grey, we have since amended the description on the product page to make it clear to future customers. We are also looking at updating our photos. As mentioned by my colleague over the phone, the Meter Box can be painted if you wish. You can also return it to us, but as stated in our Shipping and Returns Information we are unable to refund any delivery costs. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
