“Metrobus route 100 to Maidenbower. I waited for 30 minutes and neither of the 2 buses that were supposed to stop at Povey Cross Road showed up. No explanation whatsoever. It is a week day and unless they changed schedules yesterday, this should not have happened. I purposefully planed to take 1 bus before the one I actually needed, accounting for things like thia happening. I don't understand what I am missing here. Drivers are good and courteous usually, my problem is that I never know if I will be able to arrive to work on time. I'll walk if I can from now onwards.”

“At East Grinstead at 14.10. 270 unmanned there. Another '270 to Haywards Heath' arrived. Driver waved me away as it then left 'Not In Service '. The original one left 40 minutes later.”
“Oh and now I’ve just actually got onto a bus, this bus is the most filled up bus out of off them with currently 25 people inside of it including me, check your cctv and see for yourself. Complete disregard to social distancing. I could of got on 4 of the buses previously and still had less passengers in it than this. Sort it out! I’m not paying Almost £1000 a year to have a awful service, with no regard to publics health where if we was able to get on of the previous buses that had less passengers it would have been far safer for everyone.”
“I have been waiting currently for a bus for 1 hour on South Gate Avenue central, I’ve had 7 buses stop and let people out but won’t let anyone in the buses because they are full! How the hell are they full if you are letting people out! Because how does that make sense! You should either have extra buses running at this time or as soon as someone gets off a bus people are allowed to go in! If that happens again I will know where to come back for my refund because that’s disgusting.”

“I pay for a monthly ticket I’m a student so it comes to £50 a month . Almost everyday the bus doesn’t even turn up so I have to wait for the next one ! I have tried emailing Metrobus to complain and they never reply . I’ve also tried contacting them for a refund of this months ticket as I havnt used it due to lockdown and they haven’t replied once again and it’s been 2 weeks .”
“If I could give less stars I would! My friends and I got the bus a couple of weeks ago (291) and even after my friend calling and checking if the bus was going to Fordcombe - and being told yes, the bus driver said it wasn’t going down due to ‘flooding’. My friends Had to get if the bus in Langton in the pitch dark and find a way home. From Langton to Fordcombe there is no pavement and only country roads which cars go 60mph down the road Which could of caused serious injury to us. I think communication throughout your branch needs to improved otherwise customers can be at risk.”

“The bus driver Robert kefir of bus 90 was the meanest and rudest driver I have ever encountered. He kicked 2 men off of the bus unfairly and delayed the trip because of a fake claim of loud music when there was none.”
