Waited for the Bewbush bus 10 service on Southgate Avenue North on a weekday for more than 1 hour with all bus full. 20 service said no more that 4 people picture talk for itself.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund this is not on seems like they like to take ur money quickly enough but not to return it

I pay for a monthly ticket I’m a student so it comes to £50 a month . Almost everyday the bus doesn’t even turn up so I have to wait for the next one ! I have tried emailing Metrobus to complain and they never reply . I’ve also tried contacting them for a refund of this months ticket as I havnt used it due to lockdown and they haven’t replied once again and it’s been 2 weeks .

If I could give less stars I would! My friends and I got the bus a couple of weeks ago (291) and even after my friend calling and checking if the bus was going to Fordcombe - and being told yes, the bus driver said it wasn’t going down due to ‘flooding’. My friends Had to get if the bus in Langton in the pitch dark and find a way home. From Langton to Fordcombe there is no pavement and only country roads which cars go 60mph down the road Which could of caused serious injury to us. I think communication throughout your branch needs to improved otherwise customers can be at risk.

Worst service ever .the drivers don't even look at you when enter the bus .Always late or leave 5mins before departure time .The only reason people are using metrobus is because they have no other choice.

Bus drivers leave way before departure on purpose, everyday this happens with metrobus or they leave the bus stop before the designated time or they are late, in general a very bad service

The drivers are either late or they just speed up so they don't have to stop, bad attitude from the drivers in general, there's only 2 that are exemplary

The worst bus service ever there's allways delays, rude staff and staff don't know how to operate their new machines

The bus driver Robert kefir of bus 90 was the meanest and rudest driver I have ever encountered. He kicked 2 men off of the bus unfairly and delayed the trip because of a fake claim of loud music when there was none.
