“Unfortunately not a very good service at all. Terrible Infact. Buses are unreliable. They appear to be up and running on the app (when the countdown appears green next to each bus) and at times don’t turn up. Other times- the countdown next to the bus I’ve needed has appeared as grey and then turns up. Last minute cancellations causing lateness to work. I’ve had to call Metro bus to see if the bus is even going to turn up!. Diversions with no indication of this leaving me waiting at a bus with my child in the cold for a hour. Very frustrating!. Learning to drive due to Metro bus’s unreliability!!. They need to sort it out!!. Nothing will change though.”
“While the bus service is pretty good, sometimes the tap on tap off fails, however my main issue is with some of the bus drivers. Some of them can be so rude to the paying customers. Please stop taking taking your stresses and misery out on us.”
“ticket machines break down pretty often and you either have to be waved through or are not able to purchase a paper ticket. its not my job to have a phone ready to buy a ticket. you are a bus company the bare minimum that you can provide is the facility to print a ticket to travel on a bus service you own!

“Been taking Metrobus for 5 years. Probably encountered 2 polite drivers in that time (which I always give a tip to because that’s rare). They also have a tendency of driving the bus before giving you the chance to even get close to your seat. However, it gets your from point A to point B, not at a high price”
“Please put some heating on in the morning routes with windows being open for ventilation etc just makes the hour journey unbearable!! You wouldn’t sit in a freezing cold car so don’t leave us freezing cold!”
