When I get the bus in the morning for work it would say due, then it comes of the screen . I genuinely don’t under Stand why but there should be a sign or a warning. I’ve been late multiple times because of this and it’s not nice .

Hi I’m 16 and I was waiting for the bus to get to my part time job because I need to provide for my family and they drove straight past me because they were going too fast on the dual carriageway and the driver just looked at me with my arm out and continued driving anyway. I am really upset and I don’t know how to get to work on time now

That Metrobus have to sort out their ticket printing machines. Oh sorry, mate I do not have a change I'll print out the voucher for you. Oh no, the print machine doesn't work I don't have a change, sorry mate. Is that is some charity bus!?

Your bus drivers are incredibly rude. I was waiting at the bus stop and 2 of them stopped and drove past me knowing I was there. If you are wanting to work with the public don’t be so rude to them and smile for once and actually let us on when there is so many seats. Absolutely appalling.

The drivers are highly rude when talking with customers, and you’re very unlikely to get a refund after being scammed. They also like to drive off even when you’re at the stop, which I’ve had repeatedly happen on the 20 bus.

The website is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I can never log on as it doesn’t recognise the password. This being a password that is saved on my iPad so not an error typing it in. The link to reset the password never works. I tried in dozens of times and have never received and reset password link to my email. Luckily I work in Crawley so can top up in the Metrobus shop.

Misinformed i even told the bus driver my destination but she yelled and laughed and i end up getting iff the bus and my phone died and i had no way to order a uber and there were no taxiss around i had to walk with heavy bags and in the cold for two hours and finally had to repay to take a other bus and arrived at 11pm instead of 6pm all because a bus driver needed to feel superior instead of helping us finding the right stop

Timetable is a vague suggestion. 30 minutes late. Bus 10 in Gatwick. Missed my flight cost me my whole day waiting for the next one and £90 because of these petty @ss fvckers. WHY DID I NOT USE UBER? JUST WHY?! Last time I ever use a UK bus "service". Got there 10 minutes after the gate closed instead of 20min early as I planned. Sitting here at the benches because of bull$hitass Metrobus.

Always late for work. The bus comes half an hour later than the time it should according to the timetable, if you are lucky! Terrible service! Avoid!

Every day is problem with bus nr 2 from Ifield, every day I'm late to school with my son ...this serves is terrible ...

Awful service . If you can please avoid . It’s the 4th time that I am left waiting for the bus to find out that te bus is not running because of the track and trace . Customer service not being helpful and promising that things will change but the following day same happens and again bus not running . Honestly worst service ever !

Got the 10 from crawley bus station, more than 10 people were already standing up, I'm trying to cling onto the pole for dear life with a bag for my laptop and bag for all my college books, stand backwards so I can't see where I'm going, only about 1/4 of the people in the bus were wearing masks, smelt like weed too

Metrobus route 100 to Maidenbower. I waited for 30 minutes and neither of the 2 buses that were supposed to stop at Povey Cross Road showed up. No explanation whatsoever. It is a week day and unless they changed schedules yesterday, this should not have happened. I purposefully planed to take 1 bus before the one I actually needed, accounting for things like thia happening. I don't understand what I am missing here. Drivers are good and courteous usually, my problem is that I never know if I will be able to arrive to work on time. I'll walk if I can from now onwards.

For the driver on rute 100 10.05.2021 00:06 , mate, if you hate your fkin job quit and go do something else, if not DO your fking job and stop at the fkin station when someone is waving and it pissing down with rain outside!

At East Grinstead at 14.10. 270 unmanned there. Another '270 to Haywards Heath' arrived. Driver waved me away as it then left 'Not In Service '. The original one left 40 minutes later.

Oh and now I’ve just actually got onto a bus, this bus is the most filled up bus out of off them with currently 25 people inside of it including me, check your cctv and see for yourself. Complete disregard to social distancing. I could of got on 4 of the buses previously and still had less passengers in it than this. Sort it out! I’m not paying Almost £1000 a year to have a awful service, with no regard to publics health where if we was able to get on of the previous buses that had less passengers it would have been far safer for everyone.

I have been waiting currently for a bus for 1 hour on South Gate Avenue central, I’ve had 7 buses stop and let people out but won’t let anyone in the buses because they are full! How the hell are they full if you are letting people out! Because how does that make sense! You should either have extra buses running at this time or as soon as someone gets off a bus people are allowed to go in! If that happens again I will know where to come back for my refund because that’s disgusting.
