“Customer service communications could be better on products not in stock. I have to e-mail to find out what is the hold up with my order. Description of products on your web site, need more information: example GAZ shocks size of normal and lowered shocks. Went to competing web site to find information. Regards Dan”

Hi Dan, I'm sorry to hear that you felt our communication is lacking. Was the part your ordered listed as out of stock when you placed your order, as we try our best to have current stock levels advising on the site with estimated new stock dates. Hi Thomas, This depends on stock levels, if an item is out of stock it may be one we manufacture ourselves or have to wait for new stock to be delivered from an external supplier, another factor that comes in to consideration is where your item is being shipped to, overseas shipping obviously takes a lot longer than shipping to the UK. “dear miss,mrs,sir, The dilivered parts are OK , I made a small mistake in the number of lower arm rubbers I orderd , i needed 4 in stead of 2 , maybe you can add that info when the customer is ordering a set of two lower arms . kind regards Jan Maat”

“The website is poor as its harder to find parts than on Minispares website. If it had as much details of parts as the Somerford Mini website then i would'nt be able to fault it, and it would score a very good rating.”

“It took 2 weeks and one call Before they shipped. But then we had the parcel in just 4 Days. Very cheap shipping to Sweden!! Good! The Equipment was well packed and intact. We will come back!”

“French customer, I order some part they were not in stock. The delay was not so long as I expect first. They agree to complete the first order and combine the shipping with a few new parts. Very helpful when you call them. A few parts you can't find in some other shop. Fast and very protect shipping. Many thanks , good job Dominic”
