“I expected to receive my parts within 5days but took 8 or 9days. For an example mg owners club ship parts orders the following day so you can receive parts in 4 to 5days. depending which postage option you choose I usually choose 48h from shipping. REGARDS Gilbert”

“Exelent service from Ivan Rioux. He sorts out spares, and any problems he solves. The only letdown is dispatch,very slow and have to be contacted befor things get done. Very satisfied with your shop. Mini greetings Kollie”

“I've been using these guys for years with good service. This last time I was sent a couple of incorrect parts from those ordered. No response to emails, had to chase by phone to get correct ones sent out with a return slip. All sorted a week later no problem. Although a minor thing it would have been nice to have received a "sorry".”

“The Stage 1 Tuning kit arrived within a couple of day. Excellent service. However the kit was incomplete; there was a shortage due to the Air Filter being out of stock. This has caused a small problem with the setup process. As of today Wednesday 10/2/2016 I am still waiting for the Air Filter to be delivered. Its a shame this has spoiled what would have been the usual excellent service I have had from MiniSport. The Starter Motor I ordered arrived the next working day this is the service I like. I will continue to shop; as the service is excellent and the quality is superb. Thanks Minisport. Alan Nicholls a mini mad fan since 1968.”

“Staff most helpful, but the new ignition I ordered was faulty the key was very stiff in lock and although you klndly supplied a replacement I had to pay £75.00 for the first installation and a friend did second one for £50.00 I feel this lock should have been tested before it left supplier. This was a costly experience. Mrs S Chambury. KT4 7BJ”

Hi Philip, Thanks for taking the time to review us, we really appreciate it! I'm sorry that you found out after you ordered about the stock levels, as all the items on our site do have a stock indicator on the product page, that tells you should there be a wait expected. I hope this hasn't put you off from ordering with Mini Sport in the future as we strive to keep wait times down to as little as possible, although on some products the wait is a little longer.
