what wet wrong you shoud now been talking to my self for 4 weeks and you are trying to sell me a second set of nuts when it you at fault read the emails i sent and photos

Hello. l ordered mats for my Rare mini Lamm 1/75. on Tuesday when I ordered it ,I was told that it would be delivered the next day. Because it such a special mini with only 12.500 miles on the clock it's in dry storage at my mates facility. They came up with the excuse that they couldn't get access to the premises. On Thursday they said they tried to deliver it at 13.53. l got a text at 13.19 From my mate to say the truck has with delivery of my Lamm in brought. just arrived.ive got the evidence on my phone still. l paid £10 for next day delivery and 6 days later I'm still waiting for my mats .they are not a legit company.and they have messed me about.never again will l shop with mini sports after this nightmare experience.ive told them to forget it now.the delivery company is lieing or they are it proves it l want a full refund.ive told them that when l slammed the phone down on them.at the end of the day 7 days tomorrow when I placed the order. Still no goods. If I don't get s full refund paid into my bank account by tomorrow morning, l will get InTouch with trading standards.

They supply defective products and then have a return policy of 28 days from the SHIP date. So you have about two weekends for anyone not a mechanic or works on mini's full time to troubleshoot it! I will change my review once they offer a refund or ship me a working part.

I ordered 2 mini cobra seats last October. When I received them I was sent two left front seats. I was told to buy a right seat and I will get my money back as soon as I sent one of the left seats back which I did I would get a refund for one seat. I am still waiting for the money. If you get to speak to someone on the phone they just blame the manufacturer. I want my money back !! Avoid this company!!! They are rogues

Parts are labelled as in stock on the website but obviously aren’t. When contacted they will always tell You it will be there within the week. It’s all lies, I waited 2 months for a part. You write to their customer service and they just fob you off and don’t really care. I’ve just made a next day delivery order on parts I need to fix my car in the Saturday so I can go to the show I paid tickets for on the Sunday. Even called them twice to confirm the delivery as their texting service kept telling me it was a Monday delivery ! You know what, it didn’t show up !

Bought a new indicator stalk unit. When it arrived the indicator/horn markings were not OE, looked thicker paint. Also the marking was scratched, which removed some of this paint, so not as per a brand new unit. Looked bad alongside the other side, original fitting. Emailed problem to Minisport, with photo. Responses slow, but did get an email asking unit to be returned to them. After another delay did a another unit, similar paint scratch. Emailed again and commented that my return postage not reimbursed. After a few chases, was informed no postage refund as - "When the part was returned back to us it was not found to be faulty". Not faulty but scratched, poor quality again. So after a month I have a item I am still not fully happy with, but I am £4 out of pocket because they supplied a shoddy item in the first instance and did not reimburse return postage. Poor customer service and supply, would not recommend Minisport.

Took a month for them to deliver my item, customer service was shoking was getting put on hold everytime i phone and times on hold were excessive. Definitely wouldn't use again

Seems to be an on going issue with minisport poor communication ,not being told that my item my take 5 months to arrive.If I had not emailed them with an update on my order I would not have been told about the delay .Can minisport please learn from these on going issues and keep the customer up to date if there's going to be a delay .

Hi Craig, We're very sorry that you're not happy with the wait for your RACE Specification 7 Port Head 37.7/31. Unfortunately, these are produced in very small batches, due to the complex and specialist nature of the castings. Unfortunately your order has caught us between batches, the foundry has us scheduled for a batch in Feb which is the soonest that we can receive them. Poor service receieved when i cancelled order. Had to chase for a refund as did not delivery parts nor keep me upto date with order progress. Never use again...

Hi Stuart, We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience with Mini Sport. We are aware that the long lead-time on this order was very frustrating and unacceptable to you, however we can only rely on our suppliers supplying us with the parts when promised. On this occasion we have not received the parts when expected which has delayed many orders - one of them being yours. We tried our very best to keep all delays kept to a minimum and provide customers with any information that we have. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you that resulted in you wishing to cancel off your order. Once you requested a cancellation and refund, our Customer Relations Team completed the process, and refunded you within 24 hours of you requesting it, they also tried to contact yourself on Friday evening to advise you that the refund had gone through. There was absolutely no reason for them to be subject to your degrading comments in order to get the job done, it would have been done anyway, as promised. items ordered over 2 weeks ago not sent/received. Very poor response when called no feed back offered on possible delivery date for items out of stock.

On my first order everything turned up okay need to return a part still waiting on a refund. My second order hasn't turned up yet that I ordered a week and a half ago.

Purchased heritage clubman front assembly. Arrived with slam panel welded offset 1" to one side,both number plate brackets with broken welds,support strut at an angle and a bent headlamp surround.Not what I would expect from a heritage panel.Two weeks later I am still waiting for collection and replacement.

Very disappointed with the service. Didnt have the parts in stock i had to call them to get an update, kept telling me they will call me and update me i had to call them 4 times in 1 week to tell that they have to order the part in 3 to 4 weeks. I had to call them to find out what was happening no response from them will not be using them again.

Although our site does give stock levels on product pages when you're placing your order and indicates should a wait be expected. Took over two weeks and two emails with the threat of credit card cancellation to receive a response. One part of order not in stock so you held back the full order and decided not to bother sharing this with me ? Over a month has now passed and the order has still not been completed. I have since ordered more parts from another company and received a faultless service.

We understand that our communication regarding delayed orders is an area in which we are lacking, and it is something we are striving to improve. I'm very sorry that we failed to keep you updated on the status of your order and I fully understand how frustrating this has been. Unfortunately in regards to holding back the full order, we do wait until we have the full order to ship to keep freight as low as possible for the customer, however if requested this can be shipped as it is available. Total lack of communication on the timeframes the seats ordered would take. Lots of chasing and had to pay when ordered, but didn't receive for 2 months. Then when the seats arrived we discovered we needed seat mountings too - another 10 days. Would have been much more beneficial if there had been a suggestion as there are on other website of what you also may need. All in all, very disappointed with the lack of service.

Unfortunately on items such as seats, many of these we have to order in direct from suppliers, although estimated stock wait times is listed when you order, for example 10-14 days.
