Mini sport is going to look at the 4 pinion diff whe bougt and wich has broken and ruined the engins. I hope the outcome wil be satisfying for both of us.

I'm sorry that you found our shipping costs to be high, this is something we are working on constantly and have very recently lowered freight costs again. Purchased a hilo kit and rear subframe for a light resto project. The hilo kit is as expected, and looks fair value for money based on perceived quality of construction. The "pattern" subframe could be vastly improved for little extra cost during construction. The welding is patchy at best, and the coating is almost transparent. I appreciate the description points to the "genuine" subframe as being better quality, but for £200 plus the alternate one should be better finished. Half an hour with a welder and its better, then primed and painted, and it fitted with not too much difficulty. Postage costs were fairly high, but delivery was prompt . I will use again, but the subframe manufacture could and should be improved at no cost to the end user, especially as steel costs are now back at reasonable levels.

my opinion is: it spends too much time from the date of the order to the date of preparation and consignment.

Parts are of decent quality and good on price. However, the website may tell you something is in stock when in fact it isn't. There is also a lack of contact from the company to tell you that your order will be delayed as parts are not available. I had to chase them 3 times to find out where my order was and why it hadn't been dispatched before I was finally told that there was something out of stock.

The products that were promptly delivered were all correct and of good quality. However 2 items were not delivered and no communication has been received about whether and when the outstanding items will be delivered. I have phoned & spoke to a very helpful person but I'm still unsure of if and when, and so do I source from elsewhere??

Placed order online. 5 days later order still hadn't arrived. When I made contact to find out about order I was told, one the items was out of stock and you was waiting for item to arrive. While I acknowledge while ordering it said stock was low it didn't say item was out of stock. It would have been nice to receive notice of stock issue. Having said all this my issue was dealt with very quickly and I received items within 48hrs

Pros... Price good, Low Shipping costs Cons... Several items were added to my basket (that I had not ordered) just before I was to proceed to payment. Therefore buyer beware. Hopefully this glitch will be corrected soon. Fortunately I double checked, so had to back track and delete the EXTRA items before I confirmed the order. My Tyres are due within 48hrs

Hi all, I have placed 2 orders with you recently.Both orders presumably had pieces on back order.I would like you to notify me if the order cannot be completed and an approximate delivery time.The current order for which I am still waiting was processed(and billed at the same time,making interest on my money?) at the beginning of the month.If I place an order which you cannot process in total,I would suggest that you; 1. notify me of the status of the order. 2.bill me when the order is being processed for shipping.

Often the hold up will be us waiting to get the stock in from external suppliers when an item ordered is out of stock, however the estimated wait is always listed on our site with the out of stock items. Purchase went without any problems except for one glitch: I could not make any purchase as long as maintained my name (Dejan Davidovic) and address (Serbia) as a purchaser. The moment I changed the name of purchaser (Dragica Forster) and the address (Germany) being the same person to whom the goods should have been delivered - the purchase went through. In both cases the payment was to be made from Germany and not from Serbia. This experience I had only with Mini Sport, did not have one with Mini Spares and not with sellers from Germany, France etc.

While the product selection is quite good, the inability to know if an item is in stock or not through the website is frustrating. After order communication is non-existent and an order can sit for days/weeks/months without any customer communication. Even inquires on order status are responded with vague answers and non committal for dispatch. Long delays between order and delivery, with zero status communication from minisport is driving my business elsewhere. I own an eCommerce company, I'm well educated in this type of operation; Minisport is severely lacking in customer service / communications and loosing business because of it!

Hi Todd, I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty viewing stock levels on our site, there is a small colour indicator on the product page that informs the customer of our stock and also gives a new stock expected delivery date. I would like to apologise for the lack of communication received on the status of you order, this is an area we know we are lacking in and is something we are working on. We do however aim to be accurate with all our responses to the best of our knowledge, however when dealing with external suppliers, this is not always possible.
