“MiniZoo is a fantastic company and my go-to shop for a whole range of toys for kids. I've never had a bad experience and the customer service is excellent. My items are shipped quickly and arrive in great condition. Thank you MiniZoo!”
“Big love for MiniZoo! My go-to store for any animal figures - you almost always have what we need and if you don't, we aren't usually waiting too long for a restock. Regular sales and discounts make it easy to add to our collection.”
“Iāve lost track of how many Mini Zoo orders Iāve done this year to feed my childrenās love of animals. Weāve had so much fun learning about all the animals and biomes around the world and there are constant gaps to fill with new interests emerging, and Mini Zoo always delivers the goods with their extensive range!”
“I had problems with the check out not accepting my NZ post code.
I emailed Jason as per instructions and he went far and beyond expectations to solve the problem within a couple of hours, and given the three hours time difference to Australia and I had emailed about 6:30am nz time, I wasnāt expecting such a quick response.
Thank you Jason š”
“Love the wide selection of products available and they always take great care in putting plenty of packaging to protect my items from warping or damage.”
“As usual, my order arrived quickly, and accurately, and was well packaged. Mini Zoo has never let me down and I have been ordering from them for years. I highly recommend them for their excellent service.”
“So impressed with the quality of the products and the service received. Love it, love the range of products you offer and will definitely be a returning customer!”
“I ordered two figurines from MiniZoo and ended up making a mistake with the address, they were very helpful and friendly when I called them to resolve the issue. The figurines arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I seriously can't thank MiniZoo enough for making a lot of the brands they stock more accessible to Australians, without them, I would be stuck ordering my figurines from overseas and paying so much more for them. I couldn't recommend MiniZoo enough to fellow collectors!”
“So pleased with the speed and quality of the service. I have bought things directly from Breyer in the past and been unhappy. Will always use mini zoo in the future”
