“Mirus were great, they were friendly and professional and replied to emails really quickly. We managed to get an appointment for a survey on our property without too much of wait at all, and then the written report was sent within 2 days. Very happy, would definitly recommend. Thank you!”

“Rude and unfriendly. Asked a polite question as to why they were recommending a Full survey and not a homebuyer and the response was that I should just go elsewhere and I was to ‘not for them’.”

“Very quick service delivery. I had to obtain a number of repeat desktop valuations due to delay in buyers mortgage. They turned the delivery around in a day to get this to the solicitors, so no hold ups. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Keenly priced and great service.”

“Mirus surveyed my brothers flat for Staircasing and were very helpful - the survey was booked shortly after contacting them. The cost was very reasonable and the survey carried out in a safe and effiecient manor. The valuation report was received with in a few days.”

“Andrew and his team dealt with my housing association valuation with expertise and they are very knowledgable. The turnaround was within a week of booking the appointment to then receiving an email with my report. “Used Mirus for a RICS report I needed during lockdown o a shared ownership property. The whole process was seamless with a choice of on site or virtual assessment. My virtual assessment was completed swiftly and professionally, any amendments turned around within an hour or so, unbelievably efficient service. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“They wasted a lot of my time asking for contact details etc which are freely available via google before responding "sadly we have to decline the instruction because our local surveyor is off work". High-handed and borderline rude.”
