“Swift, efficient service at relatively short notice. Dates proposed for inspection of property and delivery of the report were respected. Being able to make all arrangements, including payment on-line was extremely helpful. I would use this service again.”

“Very easy to arrange and very competitive. The surveyor, Peter Jones was absolutely first class. Survey done very fast and an excellent highly professional report together with pre and post telephone advice and feedback. Report helped achieve a significant reduction in property price too! “After speaking with surveyor Andrew, He was informative, polite and extremely knowledgable on what survey I needed for the barn conversion I did buy. What I liked most was no call centre, and also Andrew was available after 7pm in the evening which was most superb! Many thanks again.”

“We required a survey of a property we were anxious to purchase at short notice, the estate agent's surveyor was busy and we had to look around this was no problem to Muris they undertook an excellent and comprehensive building survey very quickly with a good price, and we had the report within a couple of days. Unfortunately some issues were found that were not obvious to us and we were saved from future expense that we would not have afforded. We count our blessing that we found Muris who gave us a professional and independant survey.”

“Mirus Surveyors we very responsive and professional. I bought a very old house and no one likes hearing the truth but it's better to hear every negative point, the more the better in my opinion otherwise what is the point? The surveyor had a quite word with me and advised me not to buy the house, exactly what I wanted!! As we were looking for something to knock down and rebuild, I hadn't told him that though. It was good enough to live in while we get planning permission and I managed to knock off £10,000 off the price after the survey. 6 months later I asked for the report to be emailed for the architect and it was sent immediately. Very good company, throughly recommended.”

“I used Mirus to do a full survey on a listed (and listing!) property in Bath. Very helpful about period buildings and the problems thereof, and report even included history of that actual building. My sister also subsequently used them for her property purchase in Bath. Both of us were very satisfied.”

“Mirus put forward 'Gavaghan Jones' LLP as our surveyors based in the Isle of Wight, due to our proposed house purchase being on the South Coast not far from Bognor Regis. Laurie Gavaghan met us there and we discussed some of our concerns along with his findings. His report was very detailed and included a lot of photographs. He identified a few issues with the property, though we decided to proceed. However, for various reasons we became concerned and asked Laurie for an opinion on what appeared to be new areas of concern which were not visible at the time of his or our visit. After listening to his advice, we decided to withdraw our offer. We have since found another property and have used Laurie to carry out that survey also. Very pleased with his help.”
