“This was my first time shopping here having seen them online a few times, I then started following their instagram which is gorgeous with so many styles to follow. I bought some bar stools and accessories (boxes and vase) and they came within about 7 days - seems okay given covid. Very polite on the phone when I needed to edit my postcode for delivery - very happy and will look for more lovely items”

“I’ve only discovered this store recently in lockdown and I’m addicted. Beautiful items and their inspiration on insta etc is amazing. Ordered a chaise and some accessories all came fairly quickly and just as good in real life as in the pics”

“Bought from shabby store for about 3 years and it’s a great business. Yes deliveries were a bit slower last year because of covid I assume but the communication was good and I’m always pleased with the service. Anyone grumbling about something taking a few days longer to appear during a pandemic needs to give their head a shake! Keep up the good work shabby x”

“I have been looking for a mirror like this for ages, but they were all a little too pricey, then I found this store and I couldn’t be happier. Delivery took about 2 weeks but it did say to allow ten working days so it arrived within that time frame. Delivery was excellent. There is a slight mark on the mirror frame but it’s in a place were you can’t see. Would definitely buy from this store again.”

“I don't really write reviews but I felt that after the great service I had here recently I should. I first made an order, which when it came I needed to return as it was the wrong colour (chairs) - they quickly picked up via dpd and sent me the other colour I wanted within 48 hours. I ordered some more smaller items which all came and were beautiful however one item had a small chip on. Again I called and spoke to a lady (forgot name) who was absolutely lovely and sent me a replacement, didn't even query it - amazing. The items are beautiful and my experience of the customer service and speed to deliver was amazing. I think I will shop here more often for home bits and recommend it to family and friends.”
