“I ordered quiet a few things from Modanisa and I was very satisfied but a black coat at the end disappointed me very much it’s material was very bad I threw it straight away.”

“Found many good item & made my 1st order. Apart from order confirmation, I received no updates . Items weren't as top quality as shown in pictures, but their ok. Scarves were very thin though. When trying to return one item (sizes run smaller btw). I relentlessly called the number they provided, no response. And was diverted to a mailbox that "was not set". Sent an email, to be shocked that I HAVE to pay 9.90$ for Express shipping to US address if I want a quick refund (despite dropping it at a UPS point), or send the package to an address in Turkey & wait two months for refund!!!! I felt cheated out of my money & no justification for the $9.90 from my refund”

“Paid over £80 for delivery charge for a large order. Have tried contacting them several times no response. My order has gone awol. They finally called me back today and said it will come within 2days. Asked for a refund on delivery as they have failed to give my order when expected they go that delivery charge is for the shipping company not for modonisa. They don’t understand the basic of customer service. The worse part is there is a language barrier!! For such a large company they need to hire people that can fluently speak multiple languages because they did not how to to respond to my reasoning. It’s ridiculous. They stated management will only reply via email and it has already been 5days since I emailed them! DO NOT SHOP HERE.”

“I had ordered 4 bags. I am happy with 3 of them , but the 4th bag which is claimed as BHPC, has got a rough handle by which my hands got hurt several times. I wanted t return it, but I am asked to pay the shipment fees which is double the amount of the bag. This is an issue with the product and still I am not able to return it because I am asked to pay . If the product has an issue you should have some way out to return it rather than making the customer to lose the money. In this case I am compelled to keep an item which I didnt like because if I return i will lose a good amount.”
