“I ordered 2 items. One was a swimsuit and the other a sports bonnet.. Just wanted to warn people about the size chart. according to the size chart I fit a small, (although I knew wasn't the case) and ordered a medium just one size above. still very tight fitting. I would advise to order 2 sizes up for anything. Mine was a swimsuit. Also the quality of fabric is very light, but I would not say swimwear material. Also it says fully lined. its lined at the bust area...They sent me a swim cap instead of a bonnet I ordered. They did refund the money... I am contemplating all these bad reviews to see whether I should really buy some more..”

“I like modanisa. Their size charts confused me at first but now i got used to ordering the right size now. Their dresses are usually very long but i’m just short so no complaint there. My orders arrive in a week or less. I’m just sad that one of my dresses didn’t come with a belt like it was supposed to and their customer service is terrible. Last time i ordered the wrong sizes and wanted to cancel before they sent it to me, and they never responded to my email and i can’t wear those clothes anymore.”

“I did receive my package after just a couple of weeks (I live in the USA), however the quality of the clothes is not as I thought they would/should be. They are see-through, light materials. As someone who wears the hijab this made me very disappointed. They look nice, yes, but I don't agree with their prices. You could probably buy similar things for cheaper price. If you must, you can buy from them, but I wouldn't recommend right away.”

“I ordered many times, and it is hit or miss with every order! my last order was a miss, not so much the quality but the sizing, all skirts were very tight. On other orders I had one dress that came ripped and a couple of dresses that were seethrough, great for modesty hey! And very snug dresses that I cannot wear outside. You can get great quality or awfully cheap? depending of the brand you get, it's too much of a hassle. I only had a problem once regarding missing parcel but it was sorted, that was 4 years ago. So I gave them lots of chances, time to move on. It won't let me upload a photo of the size 46 dress than can only look large on a XS person”

“Modanisa is a genuine website, the dress I ordered was gorgeous in style but the material quality is horrible. All the details in the material was coming off. I will still buy from them again, just suggest that they use good material.”

“I'm always looking for modest clothing stores, so I was at first excited to find Modanisa. While the store does have a large selection of stylish and modest outfits at an affordable price, I was disappointed when the outfits I bought arrived, as they aren't what I had expected. The store seems hit or miss--I bought a few skirts that are decent quality, but others are terrible quality. I had hoped to give them to a friend for a gift, though I was unable to because the quality wasn't good enough.”

“Cheap clothing, meaning not quality, so don't expect anything more. Great to wear for a short period of time. Hand wash gently and hang to dry. You absolutely have to order 2 or 3 sizes up! Maybe their sizing is different in their country.”

“I have bought Modanisa clothes recently. If I were to be honest, my experience could’ve been a bit better. The sizing measurements and guides were misleading so most of my clothes were wayyy too big. Also, customer service took a long time to respond, I wanted to cancel an order before it shipped but they saw my request late. I had to tailor them to fit me but otherwise the fabric is very breathable and comfy. They are very nice designs and modest!”
