“Modanisa have good quality clothes. website is easy to navigate however i did realise that there was no order confirmation sent to my email not to worry though because you can easily track your parcel from the account. Customer service assistants were friendly. It is very hard to reach them by email because i have noticed they don't reply so instead i use the chat feature on the website and get hold of them all the time. Delivery did take 10 days for me so i had to keep checking in with them about what was happening with my parcel.”
“I ordered 6 dresses for the first time buying from this company. all were the same size however 2 of them were too tight, 2 perfect fit and 2 slightly long, the fabric is absolutely lovely on all of them easy iron or no iron so that's brilliant, luckily I managed to sell the 2 that were too tight and can take the 2 long ones up otherwise to send them back would have worked out very expensive. overall a good buy, looking now to buy some more, you have to get a couple of sizes bigger than your UK sizes. Im happy with my order.”
