“My computer was playing up when I ordered my rug and I ordered 2 in error. It was too late to ring but the next day it was dealt with immediately and a refund given straight away. The rug arrived about 8 days later and the colours were exactly the same as on the website. Excellent.”

“Ordered 2 sisal runners 67 x 240cm which arrived 2 days later via UPS in good condition. The sisal runners are branded Asiatic and are good value for money. The non slip backing is a bonus and there is no need to order the additional Premium Anti-Slip Underlay.”
