“Delivery as promised, query dealt with immediately and efficiently. The rug is great, wool shedding moderately, not massively like some rugs. Very happy, will recommend and use again.”

“I've always been very pleased with both my purchases and customer services. When I had to return some rugs for exchange (nothing wrong with the item just didn't like the colour) there has never been a problem with refunds/exchanges. I have now bought 4 small bedside rugs, 2 large rugs and a hall runner from Modern Rugs and have been very pleased with all of them.”
